Kurly's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Mountain Home

The order was made as provided. THO, I am an unhappy customer because I have ordered the bacon cheese The Big Kurly Burger & then the waitress proceed to tell me no veggies come with that order. It would have been easy just to add veggies when I took my burger back over. I will also mention that the Thai peanut wings I order they have no Thai or peanut flavor they just taste like soy sauce not a Thai peanut. On top of the fact the selection for wing sauces are next to nil. I would expect them to have BBQ & Hot wings as well, but nope. The waitress that I discussed with sounded like a Karen anyway refusing to give me veggies with my burger or fix the issue. As I had the Kurly's Big burger that apparently comes with Onions underneath the ham- Makes the burger look like it has no caramelized onions. The Server/ waitress was absolutely rude and kept shoving it in my face that the burger that I ordered didn't come with veggies. I used to love going here after being out riding or hunting. The most recent experience my son and I sat at our table for about 15 minutes, the one worker never looked at us or rarely left her little corner of the bar. I went up to the bar to get her attention and order. My son ordered a bacon cheeseburger that came out with no bacon and an odd flavor neither of us could pin point. I ordered a rib eye rare. The steak came out more well done than I've ever seen on a steak. It tasted like it has either been freezer burnt or spoiled. I then had to go back up to the bar to find the server and ask for my check. I let her know that the food was awful and wrong. Even after all that she wouldn't remove anything from my bill. About 3 hours later, my son was vomiting with bad stomach pains. Its obvious that it was from the food here. Looks like we are finding a new spot to visit after our outdoor adventures. The service was bad. We got there and got our menus right away but then the waitresse friends came in and it took her 15 minutes to come over and just get our drink order and then another 15 minutes to come take our order. We did get the appetizer quick. But my nachos came out with absolutely no cheese on them.. I asked if they could put some on (like come on who forgets to put cheese on their nachos). At this point I was timing her on my phone with my stopwatch.. 23 minutes latter they put the cheese on my nachos. And I know they did not remake it because it still had the smilie face:-) I made with the tomatoes. At this point the rest of my family was done eating. When she finally brought me the food I told her I don't want it no more I just want to my check so we can go and she copped an attitude and then threw the nachos in the trash as loudly as she could and made some smart comment...
