Could improve on the pizza quality. I ordered 9/29/2025 the pizza quality was super disappointing the crust has little to no flavor. The garlic rolls disappointing and lack luster. I ordered a pan pizza 🍕 and was so disappointed on the quality & the taste. I used to like to order Papa Murphy's pizza, but it seems like they've really started skipping & cutting corners etc on food quality & sizing. I mean seriously 6.99 for 6 garlic roll knot Twisties that are sub par in taste & size & number of product. my order came out to 50 bux it was barely worth it for what I ordered 3 pizzas 🍕 barely worth the quality. I also see they don't offer the stuffed pizzas online or on the menu no more. I was totally disappointed 😞. Or at least don't offer the stuffed pizza order online. I couldn't even get the bogo offer online for the guy one get one totally disappointed. I will mention, I won't be ordering from Papa Murphy's again in the near future. I'll be taking my money else where. Seems papa Murphy's quality has really gone down hill. Read moreI placed on online order today for a large Pepperoni and extra mushroom pizza. At the drive through I'm handed the pizza with very little mushrooms on it. I state that I ordered extra mushrooms and this pizza doesn't have extra mushrooms. The person at the window proceeds to tell me that she could only put 1 1/2 cups of mushrooms on the pizza instead of two cups due to a shortage. I state to the employee that what's she's telling me is that I paid for something I didn't get. There was no offer to refund me for what I didn't get. There was no offer for compensation in another form. I go home and take all the mushrooms off the pizza and put them in a measuring cup. The cup measures out to just over a half of cup. I didn't even get a regular order of mushrooms yet I paid for two orders. What kind of management is...
Read moreThe staff is not trained well enough to deal in customer service. They charged me for my correct order. Then handed me the wrong products. Then found my correct products couldn't comprehend that I was willing to purchase the original products that they had given me, on top of my order. Instead took back the order that had originally been in my possession gave me my order Then re- racked the other pizzas. So someone is technically getting compromised products. It's a good thing that I am a fairly clean person and didn't contaminate someone with some kind of germ warfare.
