I had a great experience at Häagen-Dazs! From the moment I walked in, the environment was clean and inviting, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they offered me the chance to sample different ice creams before choosing—such a nice touch that made the visit feel personal.

The restroom was clean (which says a lot about how they run their store), and of course, the New York Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream was out of this world! Häagen-Dazs truly lives up to its reputation for having some of the best ice cream flavors around.

I am unsure as to why some would say it was a bad environment. I loved how welcoming the workers were. The people who come in cannot be controlled. Although there was an incident it’s not the jobs duty to make sure they don’t come in? It’s not like they know who comes in and what they might do. Anyways, they made sure they got everything right and made a delicious sundae for my friend and I. The worker would ask us every little question just in case we didn’t want a certain thing or to change it. I am so happy they opened one in Mountain House. It’s quick service once you get to the front of the line. Although it is a little long since it just opened. I’m excited to go there when I get my ice cream craving.
