Taqueria La Mexicana — Restaurant in Mountain House

First time I got the chile relleno burrito it was good and a good ratio of the beans/rice, etc., so I wanted that flavor and texture of the rice, beans, cilantro, onion, sour cream and avocado without the relleno so the second time I got a veggie burrito with refried beans, no lettuce, no tomatoe and added cilantro and onion with sour cream and avocado (Basically a super burrito with no meat), it was just "ok". The ratio seems to be off.. gave it another chance and got the same veggie style burrito but with pinto beans this time like the chile relleno burrito has, again the ratio was off. Gave it one last try and ordered the chile relleno burrito again, they forgot my sour cream, and very little onion and cilantro, and the flavor tasted different, I don't know if they changed how they cook the rice or the relleno, but it was almost like a spicier "burnt" kind of flavor. Not sure if something got burnt, but it just wasn't good. and in my opinion, sour cream changes the whole flavor so without it, it just sucks, so a waste of $12 again... Overall, all of the burritos lacked "flavor". I can't speak for items with meat, but I don't think super burritos without meat, or the chille relleno burritos are...

I had ordered a carne asada plate which shows online that it comes with a salad and a whole steak and a few extra little things, so I ordered that plate came home to chopped up pieces of meat, no salad, and the other few extra things that come on it, I called the location in Mountainhouse and I was told that this location doesn’t serve whole steak. I would have to go to Tracy and the salad it’s only for dine in? I’m trying to understand why that is not advertise online, nor was I told that when I place my Phone order because if I knew that I would never order that plate.
