Was staying at the hotel in which this restaurant belongs to, and decided to dine here for the convenience as there aren't too many other dinner options nearby, or would require a bit of a drive to get to. It was rather quiet and empty on a Monday night, and so we were seated promptly.
My partner and I ordered the wagyu tartare, paella, and flan for dessert. I can't in all honesty say that I recommend these dishes. I felt like each fell short of the price it was set at.

As business and leisure travel slowly ramps up, these hotels may be preparing for an increase in visitors locally but also have covered their bases with new bars and restaurant offerings for locals
We stopped by Broma, the newest restaurant at the Shashi Hotel. The chef formerly headed Michelin star Chez TJ and now has opened this Spanish Portuguese spot that offers both prix fixe and a la carte options
We stopped by for drinks and small bites and found an elevated ambiance with tasty entrees and refreshing drinks
We especially loved the dessert and the oysters were ultra fresh
