The food is 10/10 delicious and prepared fantastically, but they take forever and a half. Just burned through my lunch break for the SECOND time, never giving them a chance while I’m on my lunch ever again.

They took 20 min for one burrito last time I ordered, and I couldn’t eat it because my lunch was over. It was a rainy day and I was the only person ordering, nobody in front of me and nobody came after I had ordered. I thought it was a mishap or a fluke and tried again today, only for them to take THIRTY MINUTES for my one burrito and one taco. The food is great, but they couldn’t make it any slower if they tried.

I would do a chargeback on my card if I didn’t pay cash, since by the time I’ll get to eat it, it won’t be safe to do so anymore. What a waste of a good meal. Really hope they figure out a way to make the food faster. Taco trucks are supposed to be for reasonably quick food, not for waiting 30 minutes...

They were out of chicken and I had to order a carne asada but they mixed it up with chorizo and had to wait more to get the correct order, which I did not mind. The portions are ok, I don't think they are huge for the price.

Pros : 1. Tasty food 2. Delicious & seemingly fresh sauces Cons : 1. Long wait times ( even when no one is there ) 2. Costs seem to have gone up 3. Overcharging for tax (by 5-10cents everytime I order). Today I asked them to look into it and I don't think they will. 4. Prefers to not give a receipt for orders.

Overall : I would give it a 4 - 1 (tax fudging) for a 3 rating.

Request : Charge the correct amount for tax instead of whatever you think the tax is supposed to be. I have lived here for more than a year and ordered off of multiple food trucks. You guys are the only people who have this issue. Hint: Mv Sales...

My carnitas taco was tasty, but didn't wow me... no great mix of crispy and juicy, etc.

The shrimp tostada had lots of shrimp on it (nice!) but other than being somewhat spicy, wasn't all that memorable in terms of flavor.

For this, I waited... 34 minutes. 1 minute to order, 33 minutes waiting to receive the food. The guy before me waited 30+ minutes for his burrito.

If the food had been outstanding, I wouldn't be grumbling so much. Or if the guy taking/giving my order had offered even the smallest of apologies (e.g., "Hey, sorry for the wait!") or even a small bag of chips on the house.
