The Local 102 Lounge — Restaurant in Sunnyvale

Nice little hole in the wall spot for drinks, and I dont say that in a negative way, but you will walk right by it if you arent actually looking for it, so that's why I call it a hole in the wall. Prices are decent and most of the bar tenders are very pleasant and social. Quiet in there so it's good to go and converse with co workers or friends. A couple of pool tables and electronic dart boards. Only cons are, there is no food there, you have to either order door dash or go to the restaurant next door, there's an entrance through 102 into the restaurant so that makes it convenient. There is also no wifi there so dont be expecting to save those monthly data gigs. Overall its decent for a hangout...not classy so I would avoid going there for a date or if you are trying to impress someone....

Had to give it one star to write a review. No stars would have been more appropriate this evening. The bar maid accused my son of looking at her ? Accused him of being with someone whom we did not even know that had apparently been barred. Did not ask politely to see his ID but accused him of being too young !!! Raising her voice loudly at us for no apparent reason with accusations we were totally unaware of. My son has just finished serving 8 years with the Marine Corps for his country with his wife and two children. He had just arrived from San Diego to celebrate with us. What a great shame his first evening after exemplary service was completely marred by this mean spirited person !!!........Shame...

Bar is okay. Two pool tables, one got jammed multiple times and they refused to reimburse me for my money lol I went on a Friday night and the dj was literal crap. Dude basically plugged in his iPod and left the damn stage. There's two dart boards placed way too close to eachother, we kept getting in eachothers way with another party. All in all I would only recommend if your going somewhere just to drink. Bartenders were cool and drinks...
