Sunnyvale Community Center — Attraction in Sunnyvale

This is an excellent place for your children to learn and obtain basic skills on certain activities. This place has a wide variety of activities they offer. I really love that my daughter who is 10 years old enjoyed basketball.

The price is right, ample parking and wonderful atmosphere. The coaches are all so positive and energetic. My daughter looked forward to coming there every Wednesday for basketball practice. She felt so comfortable and she is very shy but she felt encouraged and motivated by her coaches to really sink her teeth in.

They have basketball starting April 24th but my daughter said she would love to take guitar class. What is really nice is that you can sign up online, call the center to register, or apply in person. We received a catalogue which helped my daughter make a selection that would best fit...

I signed up my kid to a gym class and was informed that I can cancel it within a week online for a full refund. Spent hours searching for how to do it without any success. Unfortunately due to work arrangements I was not able to do it before the weekend and in the weekend their office is closed. Comes Monday, one week into the program(the class would be in the evening), we call in the morning to cancel and explain the situation. We get an apology that we were misinformed but "unfortunately we cannot give you a cash refund because the second week already started, only a credit for future use". So as always, we did not mess up, they did, we have to pay for it. To make it clear: the class is nice, the couches are doing a good job, but the (lack of) management...

I have enrolled my kid I had some questions regarding the miss class for that I have called almost many times but no one answered again same thing happened and tried calling but no one answering the call some how I could connect after 3 weeks of enrolling my call get connected the person said no make up and no refund for the miss class. You have to call very 1 st day of miss the class well I did that the person said it’s not his mistake the call is not connected I am saying it’s not my mistake either then who is responsible for this.
