MIXED REVIEW:
Here's the thing. This location actually turns out some pretty good burgers. If I want McDonald's and I'm out and about, I always make the choice for this particular store even if it means going out of my way. I like a Quarter Pounder with salt no mustard. It comes out fresh and warm and really very good.
BUT ... a few months ago my daughter and I went there before a concert at Shoreline. We decided to order inside so we could use the bathroom before heading out to the concert.
My daughter exited the bathroom first. I was right after her. I came out to find her picking herself up off the floor. They were mopping and did not put out any signs warning customers they were doing so.
She's very athletic and tough, but she was really hurting. As a volleyball player, I saw her many times go down on the floor, roll and get right back up. The way she went down because this was a wet floor slip, there was no control over the fall. They didn't have a cone out, and if you look at the picture you can see where the cone was ... right where it always is.
There was an employee standing nearby, looking surprised and holding a mop. She was upset and tried to speak to him about it, and he just laughed. She went to the counter to speak to somebody about it, and they ignored her. And yes, she can also speak Spanish.
Still, we wanted something to eat so she ordered a bag of fries. She wasn't expecting them to give them to her for free. Still, I was a bit surprised they didn't because she did just fall in that restaurant and hurt herself because they were mopping and not properly warning the customers then adding insult to injury by laughing about it and ignoring what she had to say.
They're lucky she isn't litigious.
So, yes, I like their drive through employees and they do put out a pretty good burger, but I would recommend you don't enter the restaurant. It sucks to get injured in a restaurant due to the negligence of the restaurant and when reported, have them think that's just pretty damn funny if they bother to pay attention...

They really don't know what customer service is.I went to this McDonald's today and oh boy was the customer service trash they are rude and they ignored you when you have any questions or you need anything, do yourself a favor and go to another McDonald's this place has very unfriendly front workers especially and if you don't want to leave with a sour taste in your mouth is best to avoid this place. I usually don't like to comment back or sit there and argue with people because they are treating me poorly and I wasn't intending to comment at all but the mc Donald's owner need to know for they can, maybe coach them more on customer service and how to treat others with respect. I understand that hospitality industry is tough because I myself have work in it but that's what you sign up when you start working in a restaurant and you have to do what you're getting paid for no matter what. Read moreIn the past more than 10 years, I've been to this site countless times. I have to say that its service has become more and more terrible probably because of change of owner or manager (don't know exactly when). Today I ordered via McDonald's app a bunch of staff include a large meal and a regular meal, and drove through to pick up. I hadn't found until I was back home that the fries of the regular meal was not in the bag at all and the fries of the large meal was just barely half the package. This may not seem to be a big deal but it's actually the second time consecutively in a row (I didn't do anything last time), so I decided to go back talking to them. The manager (who claimed he is) was pretty rude and didn't show any apology at all. Instead, he kept arguing and showing that his stuff was filling every fries package full, which implied that I, as the customer, was lying to him and begging for more free fries. I understand that the past a few years have been tough for restaurant but this is just not a proper way to treat customers and...
