Iâve been wanting to write a review for awhile now, but decide not to and just look for the positive at this location. The problem is that this particular Starbucks consistently gets things wrong. Itâs to the point where Iâm going to start driving out of my way to get my coffee somewhere else. In general, I get drinks hot when I ask for iced, they forget to put cream or sweetener in there, the drive through takes forever, etc on a pretty regular basis. I thought it was me for a little while, but itâs too consistent and when double checking my orders on the app, theyâre ordered correctly. Today, I did a mobile order and included a toasted bagel. I sent my 16 year old in to get the items and he comes out and we go on our way to school. He picks up thebag and there is literally a knife and cream cheese in it.....thatâs it. We turn around, he goes back in and they tell him theyâre âout of bagelsâ. So youâre giving out bags with cream cheese? Iâm confused! He instead asks for a piece of coffee cake and they give him the smallest, stalest piece of coffee cake. Again, Iâve had pretty consistent issues with this place, but avoid writing bad reviews.    Read moreI wanted to update since I saw the reply and saw the girls again this morning. I think I got their names. I believe they are Keeda and Trisha? I'm still not sure about the name of the gentleman. I was there early this morning and was happy to see 3 happy baristas at the window! I can't remember their names, but it's 2 ladies and one gentleman all in glasses. I've come a few times when these 3 or at least the 2 gals are working at the window together and they're always in happy moods laughing together and the girls are always excited to say hi to my pup. He insisted that I should have ordered 12-15 minutes earlier. However, I had actually placed my order just 10 minutes before arriving, and it likely had just appeared on their screen.
