I put one star but this review is only for one person who is short with black hair in a bun. I was just in there with my emotional svc dog and my special needs son and had to leave due to them not allowing emotional svc dogs only the other svc animals which I DID NOT KNOW!!!! the way she talked was as if I was stupid and didn't understand what she was saying. Today is May 7th 1:30 is when this happened and she needs to be more respectful and know how to talk to people. I had to leave with my son due to a SMALL svc animal that she tried to say was being loud and he was NOT. I wouldn't even take him if he was a loud or a problem with others. I'm highly upset how I was treated and had to leave cause of it and then the other young waitress looked at me as if I did something wrong and I don't take that lightly. My waitress apologized for their stupidity and my waitress was soooo nice and sweet. I'll never go here again. Thanks alot to that one host who wanted to be ignorant and lie about my dog. Mind you I was sitting there for about 20 minutes and NOBODY said anything about my dog. I went to my car for him to go potty on pee pad cause he is only 3 months old and when i came back in is when the host said something so that makes no sense!!!!
First off I was not speaking on all of your staff!!! If you would have read my message you would have seen that I was sitting there for about 20 minutes with noone saying anything to me about it. Don't try to tell me on how to train him cause he is being trained but common sense it does take time. If he was such a problem in the first place someone should have said something but nobody said anything which made no sense. I'm happy you think that person is so respectful but spoke to me like I didn't understand what was being said. I hope YOU learn from this and not act the way you do since your so perfect and do no wrong!!! Again I was only speaking on ONE waitress and ONE host. Don't try to make it seem like I'm talking about everyone that works there cause I'm not. Again I didn't appreciate being talked to like I was stupid!!!. It was my first time there so thank you!!! I already took him to other restaurants with NO problem whatsoever. The first restaurant I took him to asked me before I was even seated and so did others and there was...
Read moreOur first time at this restaurant. The place is very nice and clean but I had to give it 2 stars because when we walked in we were not greeted. We had to walk up and ask where to get help to be served and seated. their was no how are you doing ?nore how many will be dining in today?they was all very rude with no manners.. they just gave us a number walked away and didnt tell us if we had to wait or if the number was for a table .we was all confused had to walk up ask what the number was for. Once we got seated lady just put the menu on table and rushed off. we did not get asked if we wanted a drink. We literally waited a while. One of the waitress lady passed by asked if we was being helped and if they had asked us what we wanted to drink. Told her no because they didn't ask us and then they took for ever to have someone come and take our order. Not a good look when it was our first time at the restaurant and then an elderly lady fell while walking to her seat. Felt bad for her.. nice in the inside but the people seem to not have any experience on the work they do.. more training is needed.. a smile and being nice to people goes a long way. Those workers need to...
Read moreThis review is for a buffet style group event in the separate dining area. I've been to Crossroads many times for breakfast, lunch & dinner, but this was my 1st time as a guest for a buffet meal with a group. I can't speak for the value of the meal because I don't know the rates charged. I can say it was a very nice experience. The food was very good: the mashed potatoes were excellent - fluffy, light and tasty; the string beans were perfectly cooked - not too soft or hard; the roasted chicken was just slightly dry - but very good, golden brown & I prefer a little dry to oily or buttery; the pasta, salad & rolls were decent. They are known for their desserts here. The selection of choices available to the group was a long list and I have to say they were all awesome! Our servers were very available, helpful & so pleasant! The room was nice and more than spacious for the group size (35?). There were 2 sets of doors that were open into the main dining area of the restaurant, but they could also have been closed if more privacy was needed. I would not hesitate to book a group for a buffet...
