Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Muhlenberg Township

I have ordered delivery twice and both times had major issues and both times the order was not correct and i tried to call but no one answers the phone so have to waste gas money to go and figure out what went wrong. The 1st time they didn't have enough crust to make Deep dish pizza even though the site allowed me to order it and instead made regular pizzas which were cheaper and thought that was ok without any notification. The 2nd time I ordered pizza and 2 orders of wings the pizza was correct but the wings didn't even show up and the doordash driver didn't even speak English which didn't help so i had to drive into the store again wasting gas money only to find out they were all out of wings and thought they would replace that with one order of crazy bread which which is much cheaper than 2 orders of wings and i didnt even recieve them anyway!! I was livid. The refund process seemed so difficult and hard for them to figure out so I agreed to a negotiation of them making a stuffed crust pizza with half ham and half sausage to offset the cost and 10 minutes later I am told they are all out of sausage!! This place is the epitome of a joke But the site is as much the problem because it is allowing you to order things they are all out of and charge you...

Like every other food service business on 5th St Hwy, (except Dominos) this place is awful. I placed an online order with them at 5:55pm on 11/1 and the email confirmation said it would be ready between 6:18 and 6:23. I arrived at 6:20. There were 2 people working and they BARELY talked to any customers in the store, that is, IF they even came out to the counter. I watched them make pizzas the whole time, touching all of the ingredients with their bare hands as they made them. As if that was not disgusting enough, 2 more people showed up at 6:40. They entered through the rear door and they went straight to making more pizzas with their bare hands and they definitely DID NOT wash them. At 7pm, one of them FINALLY came out to the counter and started addressing customers. I was told that my order was not even started, even though, while I stood there, I watched them put at least 8 finished hot and ready pizzas into the warmers. I got a refund and the employee seemed more than happy to give it to me because it seems that Little Caesar's corporate does not care when you have been refunded, they haven't bothered to contact me in over a week since this happened. I will never go to another Little Caesars...

Placed my order around 5:30 pm and it said I could pick it up between 5:55pm and 6:01pm. I waited until 6:05 to go in however the order was still not ready. There were a few more people in the store waiting ad well and none of their orders were ready either. Two of the people told me that they had been waiting for a while. Unfortunately delayed and incorrect orders were the theme of the evening.

My name popped up on the pickup portal after about 10 minutes, unfortunately when I opened it to get my food, it included only one of my pizzas. I noticed the cashier that I was missing a pizza and two orders of crazy bread, and was told they were both cooking. About 15 minutes later my crazy bread came out but I was still missing the other pizza. At this point my other pizza was getting cold.

After reminding them two more times that I was missing a pizza, it finally came out 20 minutes after my crazy bread and 45 minutes after my first pizza. I live about 5 mins away, when I got home my first pizza was stone cold.

My entire order of crazy bread was also burnt and inedible.

I will not return to...
