I have been a frequent visitor of this smoke shop since the beginning of this year. After buying a smoke accessory on 7/28, I took it home to use it. As soon as I tried to use it the handle broke off completely. Considering the item wasn’t used and it was within 24 hours, I took it back to the store just to complete an exchange. The worker told me that they do not do returns or exchanges, yet the store neglects to inform the customer of this ridiculous policy. If you want any reliable Items, I recommend going elsewhere where the store team is more helpful and honest. I will be going elsewhere for my own items.
