I have been a frequent visitor of this smoke shop since the beginning of this year. After buying a smoke accessory on 7/28, I took it home to use it. As soon as I tried to use it the handle broke off completely. Considering the item wasn’t used and it was within 24 hours, I took it back to the store just to complete an exchange. The worker told me that they do not do returns or exchanges, yet the store neglects to inform the customer of this ridiculous policy. If you want any reliable Items, I recommend going elsewhere where the store team is more helpful and honest. I will be going elsewhere for my own items.

In the store to buy a single package of blunt wraps, the guy at the counter told me it was $1.25. He charged me $.50 for a transaction fee because I used my card but failed to inform me of this charge at all I found out reviewing my bank account now I understand the $.50 is not a lot of money but why are you charging people $.50 to use a card in 2025 if you can’t afford to accept debit cards for a dollar transaction without charging your customers you need to inform them of that before they pay in my opinion...

Went here today to buy a cheap vape. They had a good range of options including inexpensive ones which is all I needed. Patel (spelling?) opened the door for me in and out and helped me find the vape I was looking for. He pointed out on my boyfriends car some part that was hanging off that we couldn’t see.
