Cousins Subs — Restaurant in Mukwonago

I called corporate, because they don't listen to the customer, they refused to do what I ask when I won something there, I contacted corporate they return the call said they would let the store know we can give you the 15inch not separate as 2 bought, They do not understand or want to listen to the customer here in mukwonago, corporate never got back to them the same day. I stopped in 2 times to see if corporate did contact them, that never happen as of 6pm to 7 pm. Absolutely pathetic for a store of cousins to not do what is asked. This kid was told what to do by a older lady he still refused to do what she said, Cousin's making a bad name in mukwonago, wi. Hi, again so both issues of not doing what the customer said was never resolved. The owner did and does not want to make it right. Corporate seems to not understand what costumer service is at this store, along with the owner. Also the ones that work there seem to think they don't have to do what they offer at the store that would be a 15 not three separate ones. The owner of this store lacks customer service by not providing service. The owner also disrespect people who put food and money into his pocket, oh atleast 10,000 dollars a year. If I could rate them a zero star I would. Everytime I order food from this place, I get terrible customer service and my order is never correct. My order from today, 02/19/2022, taken by Carrie T, was exceptionally terrible. She was very rude and it was noticeable that she did not want to take our order. My order concluded of one 15 inch sub, one 7 1/2 inch sub, two cups of mac 'n cheese (because they did not have bowls,) fries, and one large soda. I asked to have tomatoes on half of the 15 inch sub and was told that was not an option. I could either have tomatoes on the whole sub or not have any tomatoes. She literally could have just told the people making the sub for that order number to only put them on half. Otherwise, after the ticket printed out, wrote on the ticket to put them on only half the sub. For the 7 1/2 inch sub, we ordered it with no tomatoes and by absolutely no surprise, we got tomatoes on it! The mac 'n cheese was at best, okay. We never even got our fries. The only thing that was not messed up with our order was the fountain drink, since that was the only thing they did not have to prepare for us. To make things even "better," two people received their orders before us, even though we ordered BEFORE them. I definitely do not recommend this...

Just a warning for those who care, employees at this Cousins Subs in Mukwonago don’t take any COVID-19 safety precautions which are recommended by the DHS, CDC, OSHA and the WRA. There are 5-6 employees working side by side in the small kitchen/front counter area, none are wearing face masks. There is 1 plexiglass partition between the cashier and customer when you order, but when you pick up your bag from the counter they are speaking to you, a foot away, without a mask and handing you your food. There were also at least 5 other customers waiting in the small dining area for their orders, not enough room to keep 6 feet apart and I was literally the only person wearing a face mask out of the 12 people in a small room. I should have turned around and walked out immediately. I just can’t believe that the employees weren’t all wearing masks at a minimum, like every other business I’ve been in since March.
