McDonald's — Restaurant in Muncy Township

The night manager was unbelievable. I waited at the register for over 5 minutes while numerous employees stood around until a kid who was leaving tried 2 help me and she told me to order at the kiosk then press a pay at register button. I had special orders for sandwiches that the kiosk won't take but she wouldn't listen and walked away only to come back to print a receipt then have another employee cash me out but instead he had 2 take my order that the kiosk wouldn't!!! To say I was upset would be....."the understatement of the year!#@$!!". Why couldn't she open her ears instead of her mouth? Her attitude problem made it even worse. Acting like I was Stupid and had an IQ lower than her own , which I'm guessing she believes is near God level. Kindness, compassion, and listening go a long way and McDonald's you should be Ashamed you promoted a person who has no desire to smile or make others smile. I do sincerely hope that she has to take some classes on interacting with humans I feel Covid has given humanity a lesson in the...

I just got off of work and decided to go get dinner from McDonald’s in muncy on lycoming mall drive, im in drive through a young women asked if I saw a man on a bike bc he was in asking for food bc he hasn’t ate in 6 days! I said no I haven’t seen him but I hope he comes back to get food being that they were going to make him free food so he could eat! I drive down a little bit and see legs hanging out of a clothes donations bin looking for shoes I let him know that McDonald’s was going to feed him but he was to embarrassed to go back so I drove back explaining that I found him and they made him a burger and a water I offered to pay for a French fry and they told me no and gave it to him for his meal! I drove the food back to the man and he was so great full!!! Thank you to the young lady and manager on duty feeding this homeless man you made his night and mine! Amazing...

The food was as expected and this is one of the McDonald's with an updated building. However, we were travelling with our dog, so wanted to sit outside. There was a picnic table in the rear. It seemed to be used as a "smoking table" for employees on break - there were quite a few cigarette butts nearby and ashes on the table that we had to wipe off. Also, the table was situated in a dusty spot, without grass. Even cement would have been nicer. It made it seem dirty and got the dog all dusty.

I wish that the updated McDonald's locations (in general) took into account the fact that people still like to sit outside for various reasons. I have noted that other "rebuilt" locations also don't have outside seating options.

PS We luckily stumbled on it - some additional highway signs would be helpful - although I'm not sure if the restaurant can do...
