Can I give this place no stars? Doesn't look like it, unfortunately.
My order was incorrect due to the staffs error. When calling to try to address and rectify the issue I was told by a man with a thick Italian accent I was “just looking for free food” and hung up on. I did not want free food. I simply wanted the incorrect product replaced at a later date because I did not want to wait any later for food, nor did I think I should have to come to the store due to someone else’s error. I was then told I could place an order some other time but would only get 10% in total off my order. I deserved my order to be made right and replaced at equal value—at my convenience, as it was the cashier’s error. I then showed up at the restaurant with my incorrect product and requested a refund. At this time the man with the thick Italian accent continued to berate me and repeatedly tell me I was “unappreciative and ungrateful” towards the staff that has been working during Covid. When I responded to the man with the same volume in my tone that he was exhibiting toward me he would yell LOWER YOUR VOICE repeatedly. He would not allow me to talk and express my opinion. He was too busy insulting me and yelling over top what I had to say. “You just think this is McDonald’s, you want free food!” I have given business to this place for years and will never be back due to this experience. I have never had such a horrible experience with a local restaurant. He threatened to call the cops and told me I wasn’t welcome back—which will not be a problem as I’m not into paying to be verbally assaulted. They got what they wanted.. I delivered back the incorrect order, that they were requesting, it ended up in the trash—along with my opinion of...

This happened to a friend of mine:
We went on New Years Day to have lunch at OIP. We got two drinks, garlic bread, a sub and a cheese steak. Our total was $29.19. I gave a $5 tip and used my card so I signed the receipt at the register (under the camera).
I happened to look on my bank account yesterday and the total pulled out from OIP was $44.19, $10 more than it should’ve been. I called and spoke with the manager who told me to go in last night & he’s refund me the $10 because he wasn’t sure what happened.
When I got there last night the same person I spoke with on the phone showed me the receipt I signed & the $5 tip I wrote was changed to a $15 tip, and there was a little note written off to the side that said “you were great”. I didn’t write a note on the receipt when I signed it & you could clearly see that it was written in a totally different pen & different hand writing. He told me he in face wasn’t refunding my $10 and that he didn’t know what to tell me to do. I asked him to check the camera and he said he was busy.
I left and went to speak with the Muncy police chief. I told him what happened & he went to talk to the owner. When the officer asked me to come back to OIP to talk to him and the owner I was handed $10 but called a liar & told I wasn’t allowed to step foot on his property again or I’d be arrested.
I just wanted to put this out here since I’m not sure how many people this has actually happened to & it’s not right. I wasn’t allowed to view the footage with the officer or the...
Read moreOrder pizza from here every Friday. Some of the best pizza in the area! However, customer service has much to be desired. My husband had ordered a party pizza, and they accepted the order over the phone. However, they called back later stating they were actually out, and suggested 2 pizzas instead of that. From the voicemail, one could insinuate it was in place of since it was not a misorder on my husband's end, but lack of preparation. When I arrived at the restaurant, I asked for more explanation, and while.... seemingly polite, the young woman at the payment counter was not hospitable or accommodating. I stated it isn't the price, but the principal (although there was a significant price difference). After having worked in customer service myself, I was just very surprised they did not offer a solution. Had it been our "fault" (although, hard to place fault, since it was more miscommunication amongst the kitchen, the people receiving the order, and ourselves - the customer). Ended the interaction by telling me "I'm sorry you feel that way" when I said I was disappointed, so I explained that's technically a non-apology because it doesn't take accountability. Paid for my food anyways as I had a hungry toddler and my in-laws back home waiting for dinner. First time ever having an experience like that there. Will probably continue to get their pizza because it is that good, but just be aware that the care towards customers is...
