Dunkin Donuts — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Let me tell you why I'm giving Dunkin' Donuts only 1 star. The staff are excellent. The service is terrific and personal. The staff are always friendly. The problem is the Dunkin' Donuts app. The UI is un-intuitive. If I want to place an order away from the store and have a delivery person pick it up, there is no way to apply my points. No one in the store can give any guidance about the app because the app is still a separate aspect of the Dunkin Donuts franchise. When my points run out, I'm going back to Starbucks. I appreciated the rewards, but if I can't redeem them in the app and apply them when I "checkout", and I need to be in the store so they can scan my phone, then the app needs updating. It's frustrating as it is right now. The display is too busy and convoluted just to make an order and to choose whether to use points or card payment. When I have to show up in the store for things to work, the technology is antiquated. I want to be able to see and apply my points before, during or after it's...

I found the establishment to be as clean as most other locations. The difference is the employees were far superior than anywhere I have ever been. Will who worked at the counter made an error unfortunately, in a minute later, it hit him that the mistake was made, and he called back up and credited my card. That spoke volumes to me on this employees honesty. As a CEO of one company and a board member of another, I immediately tried to hire him and lower him away, but his loyalties at this time or with the company he’s with. Unfortunately, this is the closest Dunkin to my everyday activities. I was excited when they opened. However, their prices are higher than other Dunkin’s and the slowest.
