Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

LIVE LAUGH LOVE DUTCH On a recent trip I was making that was about two hours my air conditioning in my car went out as soon as I pulled into the Ditch Bros line. It is dead of summer in Tennessee so it was 91* outside. I was also taking my cat with me so he was in the back seat in his crate awaiting two hours of no AC. I called my dad and your team member Devin came up to my car and noticed I was upset. She patiently waited while I spoke to my dad about my air going out and didn’t seem upset at all I was talking on the phone while in the line trying to order. I was very frazzled and upset so it meant so much to me she was patient while I freaked out! I explained what was going on after I got off the phone and explained my sweet fur baby was in the back seat and I was so concerned about him over heating. Devin jumped right into action, she walked back inside after taking my order and went to the back to get a cold water bottle. When I came to the window another team member Jaime got me two large cups of ice while Devin handed me a water bottle. Further, they gave me my drink for free just because of how stressed I was. Without the water and ice I wasn’t sure my sweet fur baby would have made it the whole trip, he was already overheating. I can’t think of a time when better service was given to me. I was on my way to another spot just down the road and I noticed that Dutch was open! I have never been before, so I pulled a quick U-turn which turned out to be the best thing I have done all morning! Everyone that I came in contact with was really nice and upbeat and Sarah at the window really made the experience even more fun. I don’t think I have ever said any of those things about another coffee spot. I got a caramel freeze, and my spouse got a vanilla latte, both were fantastic. The blending on the freeze was perfect, no ice chunks like other places. When they saw my dog in the Jeep they immediately offered a pup cup, which is the cutest one I’ve seen in a long time - cup is adorable! When I drove by at first, there was a long line, but by the time I turned around and pulled in the line was already clear and I was in an out within minutes at 10am. I wish they had some sort of savory breakfast option, but I understand that that isn’t their main focus so that may be the only reason I hit up the other spot down the street from time to time. Amazing. I sat in line for 5 min and the young lady was walking car to car taking orders and payment and when she got to me she helped me decide what I wanted and then told me how much it was and I realized at that moment I had left my purse at home with my wallet, cards and cash in it! I asked if they took Google Pay and she said they do. I rarely use Google pay and I know one of my debit cards info by memory so she waited patiently while I was adding the card then Google Pay wanted to send a verification code to my phone...and it still had my old phone number so I was not able to receive the cofe and now I am just embarrassed because of the initial situation of no wallet/card/cash and now this 5 min process I had went through with Google Pay was for nothing.
