I love jersey mikes I have been a loyal customer i. Multiple states for over 12 years. Let me start off by saying my food is fresh and good. My issue is the customer service. This location is near my home where I shop so I visit every weekend. This weekend was the second weekend where nobody acknowledged I was there until I was near the counter. The gentleman shaving the meat and cheese spoke to a man who was there and a woman who entered after me saying hello and asking of they needed anything else. He looked down at the meat cutter and mumbled to me, “I’ll be right with you Ma’am in a moment.” The previous week the gentleman barely gave me any meat or cheese and mumbled to me as well.” Now this is either happening for one of 2 reasons: A assumptions being made about me because I choose to still wear a mask for safety. Or B because my skin tone is different then theres. Either way 2 strikes and you are out for me! I do not patronize establishments who act as if I don’t exist and as if they would rather not serve me. In addition, I am so “old school” I still use the loyalty card and this location has cheated me out of points 3 times because their scanner can’t recognize my card. The lady topping my sandwich was nice and the cashier offered for me to sign up for a new account. I am so disappointed in the blatant discriminatory behavior by the males who start my order on 2 different occasions that I am officially done with this location. There are others. This happened on 6/26/21 between 12:00-1:00pm local time at the location on 2113 Memorial Blvd Suite C Murfreesboro, TN 37129. I don’t need to email anyone. I won’t return to this location again, because once is a bad day. Twice means it’s intentional. Do better for the next customer. In these times, we don’t need hate or indifference...
Read moreExtremely disappointed. My fiancé and I were so excited for Jerseys to open up on this side of town.. But unfortunately, 6 trips later we doubt we will be back.. first 3x orders were placed on the app, each of which were not what we had ordered and I personally got yelled at by an employee for having a hard fine hearing him because I have tinnitus, which I apologized to him for my hard hearing and explained yet he didn’t acknowledge me there after or seem to care. So my fiancé and I said “it’s the masks? It’s the app? Let’s order in person next time” Nope. Next 3 orders, in person. Sandwiches wrong. Mistakenly paid for order too soon when we had a coupon, asked if we could redo it and apply coupon. No. Staff is just all around rude. We will take our business to the other “Jersey Mikes” across town which is about 20-25 minutes VS. 3 minutes at memorial, if we even go to Jerseys again... Read moreReally no "atmosphere", just a couple of tables to sit in but unfortunately the carryout delivery business people consumed available tables to wait for to-go orders. THIS WAS FRUSTRATING!!! We cleaned a table for ourselves only for it to be taken by a delivery person, while waiting on our order - this was not the fault of anyone though. Luckily another table cleared in the meantime. Our order did take a while (about 25 minutes) but they were quite busy. Once we got it, it was fresh, hot and delicious. Definitely worth the wait. We split a large chipotle steak and cheese, WOULD.RECOMMEND. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME....
