This chick fil a is close to my house, so I go here all the time. Since chick fil a is known for good service, I write this review with a high standard and comparing it to other chick fil A's I've been to. Customer service is great as always, but I have a few complaints.
#1) I usually go during the "slow" hours and most of the time you can tell that the sandwich you get isn't that fresh. The breading on the chicken is soggy and sometimes the bread even hardens up from it sitting under the heat lamp for so long. If I go in between 1-4, 9x out of 10, this is the case. If I'm paying close to $5 for a sandwich, I expect it to be fresh regardless of the time of day. And most of the time I've already left the store before I notice and it's not worth turning around.
#2) They are stingy with their sauce. Multiple times I've asked for a certain number of sauces and they have given me less. And if you don't specify the # of packs you want, they give you the bare minimum.
#3) In app rewards. I used to frequent the cool springs location in Franklin, TN and the manager of the store would always hook you up with rewards in the app. Probably like 2 a month. At least. I don't think I've got a single reward in the past year from this location. And it's the main location I go to.
#4) The drive thru. It sucks. Multiple times I've almost been rear ended in the middle of the road because the drive thru line will literally be lined up in the right lane of memorial Blvd. There's a street behind the store that would be much safer for their customers to line up in if they would just route traffic through the back. People will do anything for chick fil a. No business will be lost from this.

Read moreI’m giving a 2 and not a 1 because the person who did curbside was nice and understanding but my orders are wrong 70% of the time. Yesterday the curbside pick up I waited 24 minutes from the time I pulled up until the first order came out. I noticed people who pulled up and parked and went on came back out with their food quicker.
The little kale salad that is a extremely small was in a different container which appeared smaller and with less. Then to discover it didn’t have dressing or the toppings on it was frustrating. I guess I have to taste everything before pulling off. I always check before pulling off because of orders being wrong so often already.
If it wasn’t for the fact that my family loves supporting this Christian based organization that has decent food. I would go their a lot less. It’s a shame that it feels like they know that people our loyal and they abuse that. It’s also sad that they often offer nothing for wasting my time. On occasion they offer more food. I already order what I needed so I don’t need more food with the same order. How about refunding some of my current order.
Lastly, like I have seen mentioned above when I attempted to call this location to speak with a manager I constantly get the recording after it rings to speak with a manager option the recording that they are busy assisting people. They could do away with the phones like Alidi’s has no sense of having a phone that isn’t being answered. I attempted 12 calls within a 2 hour window yesterday and no answer.
I just keep adding to the review. I loathe Chick fil a. I only go because my family wants to go there. If I go 10 times the meal is wrong 9 out of 10 times. Ended up leaving without food because they turned off there ovens so...
Read moreHi we recently visited this chic filet on memorial in Murfreesboro and we were very disappointed. I have been to a lot of chic filets in my life and this indoor kids play area was maybe the grossest of them all. Chic filet is usually really good about cleaning and sanitizing all areas but this one was a let down, especially during covid times …The windows in the kids play tunnel were gross and coated with kids handprints and looked like they haven’t been cleaned inside in a very long time. The rubber floor in the kids play area was breaking off into little pieces and my 2 year old found several pieces and put them in his mouth! and I was constantly digging them out of his mouth very dangerous. It seems like some vacuuming and window wipes could easily fix these problems. Not only that there were old pairs of socks inside the shoe cubbies and the shoe cubbies were dirty and so were the seats above them for sitting. It definitely just needed a thorough cleaning and looks like it hadn’t been in some time. Keep in mind I was not there at 5 pm after a full day of people, I was there 9:30 am on a Monday and they are closed Sunday so I guess they just left it like that all weekend. The restaurant it’s self looked to be in ok cleanliness but the food was also not as good as most chic filets. The hash browns I received were greasy and the biscuits to the mini chic biscuits were still doughy falling apart like they were not cooked completely.
