This Chipotle was SO dirty. I didn’t take hardly any photos because there were people around me. The work station was filthy, the food was everywhere, the trash was overflowing, the tables were gross, the napkins were out and the workers looked MISERABLE. The kitchen was indescribably nasty. One kid worker knew one of the customers and yells out to the register guy to give him his employee discount (do that discreetly, don’t shout it infront of everyone). I was seriously shocked at the filth of this restaurant and should have just taken the photos. The couple that I took do it ZERO justice. The food tasted fine, but the dirtiness was such a turn off. Honestly, I wish the health department had stopped by to see it, it was THAT bad. I will not ever go back to that location. I am not a chipotle person (DOS BROS IS SO MUCH BETTER, CLEANER AND HAS FRESHER FOOD!) but I had a sick child who wanted Chipotle. Also $28 for two bowls and a regular side of chips and queso is pretty steep, but Chipotle does give way larger portions than DosBros. All in all, avoid this location at all cost. I would have walked back out if it weren’t for my sick child wanting this.

Read moreI placed a pickup order through DoorDash for the pickup time being 8:29. So I got in line at 8:25 and they said it’s not ready yet so just loop around so I did. Get back to the window we are still sitting there for like 15 minutes. The guy, ( didn’t get a name but he has dreads) who originally asked what the name was, is just standing around doing nothing and then threw some trash away. Then like 5 minutes later he brings us and order and the order wasn’t even ours that’s they made and he didn’t even get the right name on the bag, then some other gentleman come over and say omg you guys made the wrong one. I then have to wait an additional 10 mins to get the right food for my name, and the original guy who took our order could even bring us our order he was probably embarrassed. I don’t know who is training these people but they need more in depth training to have people doing certain tasks and someone doing only pickup orders so people arent inconvenienced for there time and getting the incorrect food. Read moreWorst service ever. I ordered a salad online, and when I went to eat it, there was no lettuce in my bowl. I called and waited at least 10 minutes for them to find my order...they never did, but I was told that they would remake my salad and have it ready for me to pick up. When I went to pick it up, we sat for 20 minutes waiting for the manager to remake it. After approaching her to see what was taking so long, she sloppily threw something together and rudely slid it to my husband. At this point, it was about principle...why would a manager behave in such a matter? Why would she not even apologize and try to make this situation right? I requested a refund...once again, no apology and no attempt to understand why we were so upset. She just kept trying to explain how my salad was made without lettuce and that it would take 3-5 days to get our refund once she contacts Chipotle corporate.
