I don't usually got to this location but, circumstances saw me stopping here on my way home from work. I ordered and the girl I ordered from was as nice as can be. Then I pull to the window and the girl handing me my drink basically shoves it at me and I could tell she would rather be anywhere else.
She then tells me my order is taking a minute and I am asked brusquely if I could pull up. So I do and I wait... and I wait and I end up taking a call and when I am done with the call my food still hasn't arrived. So I go inside and talk to the girl who told me to wait and she would deliver my food to me.
I say "Excuse me, I have been waiting on my order for about 30 minutes" She replies, "whats your order?' No apology, no customer service, just a unenthusiastic attitude. So I give over my reciept, and she says "Musta gave it to someone else"and walks to the back. I don't hear a word from anyone until a few minutes later when another girl, (the one tending the fries) Mentions to me that they are making my order fresh. Again, no apology, no offer to offset my inconvenience, not even a free apple pie. Just apathy.
It takes a few minutes as it was a double quarter pounder but they finally hand me my food with a simple "Here you go"
I got my reciept at 8:56PM I left at 9:39. Which is not the end of the world but, seriously not one word of apology nor any offer to make it right, not even a coupon... Thanks Mcdonalds for wasting 30 unnecessary minutes. I will never be stopping here again and I will make sure noone I know goes...
Read moreWorst McDonald's in the Boro! Multiple screw-ups (5? times now maybe; I live nearby) shockingly went back again tonight hoping for different staff/results. So I asked for no salt fries(FRESH) and also FRESH 20 peice nuggets. I EVEN OFFERED TO PULL UP, OR WALK INSIDE; I CLEARLY STATED I DIDNT MIND TO WAIT & DIDNT WANT TO HOLD UP THE DRIVE-THRU! AND Of Course I check my food upon receiving it, and the nuggets are frikkin cold, the fries are not only soggy and hardly warm, they HAVE SALT on them! I waited for the employee to open the window again so I could explain my problem, I was seen waving my hand and intentionally ignored. I proceed to honk the car horn, "non-obnoxiously." Employee then opens the window, let's me get a few words out, then rolls her eyes, cursed, and shut the window and walked away. Then comes the apparent manager. All she said was our meal was right, we're crazy, get out of there, but with more explicit words!! I'm not even that upset about the food; we all make mistakes/messes in our lives sometimes. It's natural and it's okay. We just have to clean or fix them up! But to have the attitude and disrespect that this establishment had... Especially considering I was an easy, patient, understanding customer... It's DISGUSTING and...
Read moreThis McDonald's has implemented a new policy specifically targeting me and my 57-year-old mother, who has disabilities and with the current heat she needs to stay hydrated which we have told the manager. Despite this, every time we visit, we're told we can only have one cup of ice or ice water, one or the other and nothing more unless we buy something $5 or more and we have been utterly insulted and berated by the workers On first shift.
We're temporarily homeless due to unforeseen hardships, but we've lived in Rutherford County for nearly 20 years and have spent literally thousands at this location. The manager, Sylvia, should be fired or heavily reprimanded by corporate because this is a stain upon McDonald's Corporation 's name. I love McDonald's and I before my current hardships, have constantly went there because I love their food and the customer service I get there used to be excellent comparatively to other restaurants over the years that I have lived in Rutherford county but This treatment is unacceptable, especially from a company as large as McDonald's, and it says a lot about how they treat loyal customers, especially those with health issues. This level of disregard is truly shocking. And...
