I wish I could give no stars. If it wasnt for my mama loving starbucks and this is on the way to her house. I would rather GO WITHOUT COFFEE THEN GO HERE. WORST PLACE EVER. THEY SPEND MORE TIME TALKING THEN ACTUALLY LISTENING AND GETTING THE CUSTOMER ORDER RIGHT. 6 MONTHS AND THEY CAN ONLY GET IT RIGHT ONE TIME OUT OF 3 TIMES A WEEK I STOP HERE FOR MY MOM. NOW I WILL GO OUTTA MY WAY TO GET MY ORDER RIGHT. AND I SPEND 9 DOLLARS , 3 TIMES A WEEK HERE. DO NOT EVER GO. THEY SUCK! Focus on your customers and not gossip! Smh ladies grow up! Take accountability. It sad when u cant remember extra mocha drizzle and I asked 3 times today. Still got the wrong order. I will call corporate. This is sad. Yall need better training. Terrible service, poor time management, & lack of critical thinking. I have ordered from this location several times using the mobile app. The app will say the order will be ready and the baristas will deny receipt of the order. Every. Time. It took 20 minutes to fulfill a simple no frills latte order. I was able to order, wait 10 minutes, leave to take my child to school, and come back, they were just finishing my order. Then with a line of 7 drink orders to be fulfilled, one of the 2 baristas sent the other on BREAK! During the morning rush. Absolutely unacceptable. I will no longer visit this location. This location supposedly doesn’t have an espresso machine, at all… I ordered an iced vanilla latte, and they said they can’t make it because they don’t have espresso. I then asked for something similar, the barista hands me an iced black coffee with a tiny splash of vanilla flavoring and 2 ice cubes…. Not even close to a latte and it was warm. Looks like the barista doesn’t have any knowledge on coffee drinks if they think a vanilla latte and a black coffee with vanilla flavoring is similar???
