Taco Bell — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

I have ordered from this place so many times it's starting to feel like my own form of self imposed torture. I implore you if you want to customize your food don't order from this one, go to one of the million other taco bells in the area. If you're getting it as ordered with stuff unevenly put onto a burrito or crunch wrap this is the one to go for. I'm going to give bullet points of outrageous things they have done. Mind you, I order in app so no miscommunication via speaker can be had.

I order the chalupa supreme every time. I ADD beans. I make sure not to replace my meat with beans yet still they never give me meat. So I pay for extra beans for no reason! Then I tried to order EXTRA meat so they would get it across it was supposed to be meat and beans. Did not work.

I ordered extra fries with a previous fry bowl menu item. For some reason I got no extra fries in my bowl, but my taco suddenly had fries in it?

I have multiple times ordered something without lettuce or tomatoes and gotten both

do not ask for no ice. I think they don't like that and will instead give you extra ice

their cinnabon coffee will NEVER be consistent from day to day. One day it'll be the bitter and the very next it'll be so sweet it hurts to drink

you will have items missing. This is to be expected. Do not leave the window until you have checked to make sure your items are all there

So, again, if you're a customizer I suggest church street taco bell. They're good at...

My fiance and I decided to have dinner at the Taco Bell on Rutherford this evening. It will also be the last time we ever go to that Taco Bell. My fiance ordered a crunchwrap meal. Now she had asked for no tomatoes, light lettuce and light cheese what she got was barely any lettuce no cheese and maybe a small spoonful of meat to say we were disappointed would be a gross understatement. Since she does not like me making a scene I kept my mouth shut kind of . But like I said due to this it will be the last time we go there. Now we also ordered her a soft taco with just meat and cheese on it and We got a tortilla with meat no cheese whatsoever but in comparison you could have easily made 3 or 4 of the crunchwraps she was given with the meat that was on this one taco. I would like to say that this could be due to understaffing but that would be a lie they had more than enough staff. If you do go to this Taco Bell I urge you to check your food.. Hopefully this will be the only Taco Bell that we run...

I came into the drive through about an hours ago after I got off work and I ordered a chicken quesadilla a beefy five layer burrito and a 12 pack of Cinnabons and an extra cheese sauce on the side. My total came out to 15.94 which I didn’t have a problem paying for but I got my Cinnabons and my chicken quesadilla but I got a rice burrito (mind you there is no rice in a beefy 5 layer) it was no where near it and it is .75 cents for a nacho cup that I bought and didn’t receive not only that the lady at the drive through speaker couldn’t even hear me when I was already speaking loud and she kept repeating things back incorrectly but she heard me after the 2nd to 3rd time. Anyway It got to the point where everything was correct on the screen but I’m wondering how you manage to make a whole different burrito and put it in the beefy 5 layer wrapper and I paid almost a dollar for something that was never received and they close in 15 min and the lady didn’t even give...
