Okay, so normally I don't like to leave a bad review, and I really do love Culver's. My husband got me into loving Culver's while living in Texas, and I was excited to see that where we lived had a Culver's. Been living here for awhile now and we come here every so often, we loooove their burgers, so you can never go wrong with their burgers, and their staff has always been nice, but our experience today was awful. My husband and I were wanting something sweet and thought of Culver's because of their delicious custard mixers...boy were we wrong. First, they made them wrong and so they had to remake them, the ones they screwed up the workers were eating them. I ordered a medium chocolate mixer with caramel, marshmallow, and peanuts (I love Rocky Road and wanted something close to that). My husband ordered a medium vanilla mixer with M&M' and caramel. Where was the caramel? There was a little blob in the center of the mixers. I had no marshmallow, and if I did they really mixed it in, I didn't even taste it. I had like 500 peanuts, waaaay too many peanuts. Then, it didn't even taste like a delightful custard, it was more like a McDonald's soft serve cone. Then, on top of that, they were melted. If I wanted that I would have ordered a milkshake. Don't get me wrong, I love the burgers, but I wouldn't recommend the dessert from there. When we got home I felt empty inside, as if my sweet tooth was not satisfied, and I felt like we wasted money. On top of that my husband and I got a stomach ache and had really bad diarrhea....
Read moreI love this place and always take my kids here when I don’t feel like making dinner. Recently things have changed around there. Children playing around on the inside and intense smells of marijuana every time I’m asked to park. I keep seeing a young woman with red braids always coming in and out of a black car. She passes by and I have to put my windows up so my kids don’t smell that. Sometimes when she brings out my food she’ll have an attitude. Once they forgot my custard and so I’m telling her about it and she ignores me, walks away, and never brought out my ice cream. It is making me just want to go home and cook because I was under the impression that this is a family diner. There is also a young man that works there who always is saying some of the most inappropriate things out loud when customers are in there. I have heard him say things or joke about very concerning matters to other female employees. When it’s busy up there he’ll come out and pretend he’s going to take orders just to laugh and say he actually works in the kitchen. I think Culver’s would go back to it’s glory if they just got rid of all of the disrespectful...
Read moreI tried not to leave this place a bad review, but here it goes. I've stopped at this Culver's five times, and each time the order is messed up. A couple of weeks ago I went with my family and my burger was made incorrectly. When I went to ask them to fix it I was told it would be a while because someone accidentally turned the grill off. I sat and waited while my family finished their meals, when we were getting ready to leave I asked for my money back on the burger. Turns out they forgot to remake it. I hesitantly went through the drive-thru 30 minutes ago. The woman over the speaker seemed annoyed that we were ordering and kept asking us to "hold on" during our order. When I asked for the receipt at the window she was annoyed and I asked because I had a feeling they forgot something. They forgot my husband's burger. He decided to just let it go and not order anything because of the woman's attitude. When I went to eat my burger, it was incorrect. Customer service and attention to detail are seriously lacking at...
