I’ve never had an issue with the quality or service at this establishment before but today I was served old broccoli and what I know tasted like expired chicken and when I called to let them know I was told there’s nothing they would do to rectify the situation but i could order another one if i like. the worst customer service i’ve ever had here, i wish the employer would consider a little more closely who they hire and the quality that they bring or take from the restaurant. I understand that it’s easier to blame the customer instead of apologizing for having an off day as all humans do at some point, but i’ve been a patron for years and the food is not expensive usually with a great portion size. so the issue is the you (responding to the comment left under the post because he was rude when i called back to ask about it and still carries on blaming me instead of excepting that he is wrong because he is) and i sincerely hope that you have not taken over from the original owners because you will run what they perfected straight into the ground. have a blessed day...

Read moreHave eaten there so many times because of convenience and location. Food seems to be up and down the last year or so. Was disappointed in big order tonight when we added on side orders of extra steak and just asked they make sure to be in side container and not just piled on top of the entrees. Placed order online and has 38 order total so took 40 in and was just going to let them keep the change, rings me up and tells me its $40.53. I asked what changed and was told the containers are $.50 a piece. If that's accurate then the order of two entrees and two sides of steak was four containers total, so even my entrees we got charged for? You'd think that would be built into the price, or are we supposed to bring our own Tupperware like a reusable grocery bag. Just seemed a bit nickel and diming. I guess since it's the first time I've ever paid cash and always paid online I never noticed from literally dozens and dozens of orders the last 3 years. Lessoned learned.
