Went through the drive through and had two separate orders. When we received the orders at the window both of them were incorrect. We informed the guy at the window about the mistakes. First, we were given a drink that we weren’t supposed to have, when we told him that we didn’t ask for that item he said to just keep it. Then, we let another worker know that after looking in the first bag we had one quesadilla missing which they stated they would get for us. On the second order, they didn’t give us a beef quesarito when we told the guy at the window that. Bailey, the manager came up to the window speaking really disrespectfully to us saying that she can’t be giving all this food away for free when she doesn’t even get a free meal. We never initiated that we should get the meal for free and understood that we would be charged. She never apologized for the way that she spoke to us and the fact that our order was taken incorrectly. I called to ask for her name after leaving the drive through and she acted like a totally different person over the phone now that I had gotten her name and said that I was making a complaint about her. When on the phone she said “ I’m sorry you interpreted as disrespectful that’s What I was trained to tell costumers when something like that happens” I have never ever heard of any company that would condone their management team speaking to in that manner to any costumer. Let alone one that was speaking in calm and respectful manner. She should have never been involved in that situation, the gentleman at the window should have apologized for not including the items in the order from the beginning and inform us that If we were still interested in purchasing the item we could pay x amount. Or at least she could have been the one to deliver the message. Some one really needs to evaluate the level at which these people have been trained to handled “problematic” encounters. I would really appreciate and update about what is being done to prevent anyone from being talked in that...
Read moreTaco bell has been satisfying my hunger for 3 decades. The beef Meximelt is my favorite item, but the entire menu is fantastic. There was nothing better than late night gluttony after a night of binge drinking back in college..... But then comes the diarrhea...and a deep, sad, guilt. It is not uncommon for me to spend $20 for myself at Taco Bell. It is SOOO delicious. But beware- around the $9 mark into the $20 meal, you may begin to feel somewhat dizzy with mild hallucinations. A feeling of uncertainty will fill your mind, and your fight or flight response in the brain is activated as the adrenal glands come online. Next comes the intense cramping and sharp, stabbing pains deep within the bowels. Finally you will experience episodes of weeping and self reflection, usually while you lay on the cold, tile floor of your bathroom.
Overall I would HIGHLY recommend Taco Bell. A rule of thumb if you do eat there is to have a couple of sick days at work you can burn.... and NEVER take a woman with you to Taco Bell unless youve been married for several years. I give it a...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This was the WORST Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. I advise anyone reading this to never go to this location. This will be our last time ever coming here. My total was $11.38 and I handed the cashier: “Agatha H” a $10 gift card and a 5 dollar bill and asked if she could use the gift card first then the remaining amount with the 5 dollar bill. Instead, she decided to use the $5 first and then use the gift card leaving me with a remaining amount on the gift card that I did not want back. I had asked her politely if she could refund the gift card so that we could use the entire thing to pay for the full order and she insisted there was nothing she could do about it, and when I asked if I could talk to a manager, she chucked our order at us in my car, which ultimately spilled our drinks And then she proceeded to slam the window shut whilst yelling at us. I had my minor son in the car and this really upset him because we are frequent customers at this Taco Bell location but unfortunately we will never be coming back here due to...
