Taco Bell — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

this was last night 11/01 at a little before 11pm. your employees working the window were very rude. i’m not sure why i can’t attach a photo here because that would be very important. they essentially gave me two taco shells and called it a day i mean there was hardly anything in there. im a taco bell fanatic, love the company and the food , i know what a normal taco looks like. this was NOT IT. this was laughable. all would have been forgivable until i drove back up and the drive through guy was very rude, said “it’s all right there do you not see it?” and gestured to the teaspoon of meat and 3 pieces of lettuce. told me flat out he could charge me to add more or remake it the exact same way. i obviously wasn’t gonna pay a dime more for getting what i should have got in the first place. I didn’t even ask because they were so rude for them to remake my cheesy stacker which was - and im so so serious it was 80% tortilla. i literally got home and cut off over half of it because it had no cheese in it, just tortilla. ridiculous guys. i’ll drive across town to the south rutherford location from now on because they know what an actual...

Pathetic this is my review on coming a couple times at least five. the first time I came here wrong order then wrong again so I just took it, probably the third time I came here the girl at the window was rude to me and complained about how everyone is wrong when they come through “talking about the car in front of mine” because SHE dropped her change and wanted to complain to me about it I watched the whole thing. When I came in today I ordered and noticed it was the wrong thing and said I’m sorry I wanted a 4 my bad and she shook her head at me not ready to be confronted about it so I asked if she has a problem with that and acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about then her manager I’m guessing turned the corner and was laughing about the situation and after acting dumb like she didn’t know What I was talking about she finally told me she shook her head because she Coudlnt change my order on the screen and as I’m typing this in your pathetic Taco Bell they are staring at me in the back. So my wife and I went to Taco Bell a few days ago and went through the drive-thru and when we got home we noticed that we were missing my cantina bowl I called immediately and spoke to a manager by the name of Megan she told me I could come right back and they would fix it for me or I could come back at a later date and ask for her well I came today she wasn't available but the manager on duty was quick to make sure that I was taken care of. In this day and age you don't get that kind of service often I am very grateful for this particular Taco Bell to always try their best to be on point. From the person who took my order at the register to the young lady that was the manager who approved it even the guy that was sweeping the floor everyone asked if I needed help.
