We frequently use this Zaxbys location because of its location to our residence. Lately food from here has been on a decline on quality. Today we ordered chicken fingers (always do) and a few issues came from it.
I can't say this loud enough - CHECK your order BEFORE you leave! Placed an online order for my lunch, pick up from drive through. Only 2 things and it was literally spelled out for them. Gave me the wrong Quesadilla; I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch and they gave me the Fajita one with peppers which I can't stand, and put ice in my drink which I specifically asked for them to leave out. They only offer 2 Quesadilla's and still managed to give me the one I did NOT order. Then when I was handed my drink with ice in it, I gave it back and told him it was supposed to be No Ice. The kid at the window who handed it to me told me the ticked said Ice. I asked him to clarify and he again said yes, the ticked said Ice. You can see the ticket says No Ice. Unbelievable. Called when I got back to work and discovered their mistake. The lady who answered stated I could come back and they'd give me what I paid for. Well no, I only have a limited amount of time for lunch so I don't have time to drive there and back AGAIN! They have no accountability for wasting someone's time and causing someone to miss their lunch meal when they make a mistake. Shouldn't they bare the responsibility when the error is theirs? Should they not be the ones to correct their mistake? They sure won't send someone over to my office with the right food, or have Uber bring me what I paid for because Heaven forbid they be inconvenienced. Read moreI went to the drive-through and every single car in front of me had to pull over and wait. After 10 minutes, they brought out what was supposed to be a plain chicken sandwich meal with just cheese and bacon only with no Zack sauce and A chicken finger meal two Dr Peppers.. I waited so long I was just in a hurry to grab my food and go, but didn’t realize until I got home that they didn’t give me my two Dr Peppers. So I drove all the way back to the store to get two Dr Peppers and they offered to give me two free cookies, but they just gave me the drinks so I didn’t make a fuss. I came home and realized that my sandwich was covered in Zach sauce so I had to turn around and go back a second time to get my order right. When I arrived, the girl just handed me my sandwich and looked at me like it wasn’t a big deal and walked away Knowing I had been there not once but twice for an order that they screwed up. Didn’t even have the decency to comp my meal or even offer me a couple of cookies. The quality of workers these days has really gone downhill. I run my own business and I understand that it’s hard to find a good help but when a manager knows that somebody has severely inconvenienced, it’s their job to make sure that customer is taken care of.
