The menu is expansive with lots of great options, but I couldn't tell you if it was good or not because of my customer service experience. When I walked in, I was the only customer present and there was no one at the front counter- which is completely fine because I needed time to look at the menu anyways. I'm super indecisive so I browsed the menu for quite a while and there was still no employee in sight. I waited patiently for a few more minutes. Business was slow so I figured the employees were in the back catching up on prep work. After a while, I heard movement in the back so I called out "Hello"... no answer. Waited a few more minutes. Eventually, I heard dishes being washed near the the front counter, I walked to the far end of the counter so they could see me and greated the employee. He looks up at me while washing a pot and put his finger up and says "One minute I'll be up there, okay." Perhaps I'm overthinking, but he seemed really annoyed when he said it. I wait on him another minute or two before realizing how bizarre his tone and the whole experience had been and decided to leave and take my business to Desert Avenue next door. I don’t mind waiting patiently, especially if there's only one employee running the whole shop, but a kind greeting goes a long way. Desert Avenue was a little more expensive than Ked's and the menu didn't have as many options, but I'm more likely to return there because the employees were much more warm...
Read moremy daughter and I stopped by this place on a whim, it looked cute from the outside and wasn’t crowded, so I figured I’d give it a try. Upon walking in, I really liked the decor and overall vibe. I ordered my ice cream, and it tasted good.
But as we looked for a spot to sit, I couldn’t help but notice how filthy everything was. There were crumbs and melted ice cream all over the floor—especially near the counter and even in the furniture. None of the tables, inside or out, had been wiped down. The outdoor tables had cigarette butts scattered around them, and the windows were covered in smudges. The worst part? The place was completely empty when we arrived, so there was really no excuse for how unclean it was. And yet, no one seemed to notice or care.
Still, I tried to give it a chance. I grabbed a banana split to go for my husband. But as he started eating it, he found the longest hair; not a small one, but a long, tangled strand—right in the middle of his dessert. We were completely grossed out.
I was already hesitant based on how dirty the place was, but that sealed it for me. This was my first and definitely my last visit. Cleanliness matters, and this place missed the...

This Ked's location is conveniently located within walking distance from Ninja Nation, making it a habit of treating my kids to some delicious ice cream before they play and wear their energy out.
It's my kids and favorite ice cream shop now because they have rare and unique natural flavored ice cream that other ice cream shops do not have. Their ice cream is creamy, natural, and is not too sweet.
I wish they would open a location in central Florida. My kids and I would be a loyal customer. I will definitely come back when I visit my family in Texas to support this ice cream shop.
Our favorite ice cream flavors so far are Thai Tea, Hazelnut, and the Almond Pistachio Saffron. I hope to try more flavors next time...
