My daughter (19 months) and I visited today for the first time. Overall, the staff was very friendly but it was really overcrowded (even with reservations). My daughter was constantly being run into and trying to navigate around other kids and toys all on the floor. Also there is not good seating for adults, only the kid chairs. The themes/idea is really cute but all of the rooms were in total disarray...sort of like an atomic bomb went off and toys were just everywhere. The workers were walking around generally trying to put toys back where they belong but there was no keeping up with the amount of kiddos running around. I can see how this would be a fun place for a birthday party or something where everything is in its proper place and you have the whole place to yourself. Not worth it for me to go back during general play reservations though...we left feeling very overstimulated!

I absolutely loved this place! SUCH AN EASE with decorating and hosting. The young ladies at the museum were wonderful. They both jumped right in to assist with decorating and setting up with me even asking - LIKE WHAT!!?! The passed out the food, cleaned up as the time went on, put out some decorations for me, helped with table setting. They were wonderful. Completely opposite of the service you’d get when you book at Main Event or Shenanigans. It was a 4th birthday party and allll the kids loved it. I didn’t think they’d be entertained for 1.5 hours but they sure were! My only comment is I wish there were more seating for the parents. Other than that, I enjoyed celebrating my daughters birthday here. Balloons by @offthewallpartyrentals

This location has so much to discover. This place keeps my babes occupied for hours. I think it has more toys to play with than other locations I have been to. There is a pet rescue, pizzeria, market, doctors office and 2 houses. The tables are stocked with art supplies, legos and toys that help tech the alphabet. We read books. The suction wall takes light weight items and shoots them through a maze. Then it spits the item out at the top. My kids had a blast with that. The toys and area is kept clean and sanitized.

My son loves coming here however everytime I check in they can never find my information to check us in with either my name, my sons name or phone number. Then they want me to redo all the sign up info I had done months ago when I had first joined. After I say no I am not going to do that at every visit when I have been visiting this location for months now... suddenly they are able to find me in their system!

I attended around 2 weeks ago and after having to complain adamantly about this issue. The resolution was that I would have to use my sons date of birth to check in. I however did not get a straight answer as to why they can't find my info in their system every check in (more than 5 visits) and why everytime I have the same issue.

I met some great Mom friends and the location is clean but the check in hassle at the beginning of every visit is not worth it...

I had my daughter’s fourth birthday at this Play Street, and I would recommend it for parties. The kids had an amazing time playing in all of the structures. The birthday girl’s favorites were the vet clinic and the bakery, but all of the play areas were well-attended. Plenty of Seating for Parents You can see into every structure from the parent seating area (feels safe) On safety: I love that it’s just your party in the establishment, with no need to worry about other people coming in and out. With 10-15 3-4 year olds invited to our party, this feels like a huge +1 for safety. When we arrived, the houses were in perfect order, including the toys being picture perfect. As we were leaving, the staff were putting everything back in place for the next party. Party set up was a dream. The ladies working helped me set up the decorations I brought...
