Placed a curbside pickup order and due to unforeseen travel plans I could not pickup the order. The order confirmation email said they will hold the order for couple of days and will be cancelled if not picked up. I received an email and a text saying that the order has been picked up. I called them right away and the lady came up with the MOST STUPID logic ever. Since the order was not picked up, so she has put it back and I am "more than welcome to come and grab it" and if I am unable to do so they have to mark it "picked up". I asked if she is not there how will I prove that I had never picked it up? I told her I am not in town and not sure when will I return and she said "you have to come to store to return it"... RETURN WHAT? I never picked up the order. I have spoken to the manager before and she is the head of this dumb clan. I had to call the corporate office to get the refund. This is the only store that I have ever seen would try to charge you fraudulently knowing the item was never picked up....

I knew what I wanted but wasn't sure what words to use to explain it. I called and spoke to Sam and he instantly knew exactly what I wanted. He told me about the process, how much it would cost and how long it would take to complete it. He told me that either he or Josh would be there when I picked it up a couple of days later. Today, when I went in to pick it up, Josh explained how to afix the hangers to the back if I decided to hang it instead of just setting it up in a leaning position on my mantel. I started to pick it up but Josh was so kind and accommodating, he walked it out to my car for me knowing its size might be a problem fitting it into my car! These two young men know their jobs, they are truly professional and their service-oriented demeanor will keep this customer returning time...
Read moreI had a GREAT experience at this place! I was on my usual “wandering around the store” shopping trip, looking at supplies for a costume, and exploring all the options. I first met Heidi, who greeted me and another customer. Another employee I didn’t get the name of helped me look for some leather supplies. I then remembered I needed some black satin fabric, only to find that slot in the fabrics area empty!! I approached Mary who was very eager to help me grab some from storage, which I very rarely have high hopes about since it’s generally hard to find things in storage. But she came back out in less than a minute with my exact fabric! I appreciated all the help I received from employees today, and I think the prices are reasonable for crafting materials (4.99 per yard of...
