Not usually the type to write reviews, but my experience at this place deserves one. I have been a customer at this KFT location since they’ve been open and I can confidently say that their professionalism, drink quality, and overall customer service has DECLINED immensely. After reading previous reviews, it appears that the issues have not been resolved since they are reoccurring still.
To make things even better, she decided to give my boyfriend some word of advice even when she failed to do the basics within her job. She said to him “I don’t know if it’s too much to ask, but if you’re going to order 7 drinks next time, tip”. Unbelievable! I advise you to actually do the job that you’re being paid to do first before asking for a tip. My total was entered MANUALLY by this young lady and she can’t remember that I was not able to tip. Which was probably for the best because the services you get from this KFT location does not deserve a tip or even your business to begin with!
Management, y’all need to check on your employees before you lose all loyal customers who love the KFT chain. Definitely will not be returning to this location due to this experience and because the workers are a bunch of kids chilling around who can’t even stock up on their main supplies.
Save your coin and energy on a different KFT location 🥰

My girlfriend attempts to pay by phone so she can get points, had to repeat herself multiple times to the cashier, and just decides to pay with her card instead since the cashier can't get it working. The cashier has to manually enter the amount in for whatever reason.
We order 7 drinks and sit down. My girlfriend feels light headed and decides to sit in the car to rest as she almost passed out donating. I'm sitting there for 20 minutes waiting on my order to be called. No one calls out, I have to approach the young woman behind the counter.
She smiles after I tell her we ordered the 7 drinks, and proceeds to grab them from behind the counter as they had been finished for what seemed like a while ago. Annoying, but not the biggest deal.
She places 7 drinks in front of me, without a drink holder and I literally have to ask for one. She searches, none behind the counter.
As she grabs and opens a new pack from the back she says to me, "I don't know if it's a lot to ask, but next time if you're gonna order 7 drinks, tip."
Didn't even get me a drink cart or bag, I waited 20 minutes in a store with more people behind the register than in the store and she's asking me to tip next time when there wasn't even an option.
Cherry on top was probably still not following the directions to put less sugar in the drinks. My tip for the store is to do better. Provide better leadership to your staff and a fair wage so they don't even have to ask for tips.
I'll be hitting up the Richardson location since it seems that's the better alternative.

The employees working at this location needs a serious crash course in customer service.
The milk teas at this location is mediocre at best - more milk than anything else. I always have to get it without ice or it ends up tasting like watered down milk.
My most recent visit, which will now be my last, was an absolute waste of time. After about 10 or 15 min of sitting around waiting for my drink, they finally hollered my number. They informed me that they had ran out of the oolong milk tea at 8PM on a Saturday! Seriously?!
I got ONE very insincere apology, just one! Even after I got my refund, he just sort of stared at me waiting for me to leave. No thank you, bye or another I’m sorry. By the way, floor was dirty and littered with napkins but instead of cleaning up, one of the employees was hangin out with her friend instead.
