Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Murphysboro

Wow, severely lacking customer service skills! Order placed online at 5:56, app said it was ready at 6:13. I arrived at 6:23 and the little girl with braces says, "I'm sorry, it will be ready in 4 more minutes." I pulled away, gave 6 minutes before pulling back to the window and was told, "I'm really sorry, it will be another 5 minutes, we got really busy suddenly." Mind you, I have now waited 12 minutes longer than the app stated. So we waited longer at the window this time. A driver enters the building and 2 minutes later opens the window to ask if we have been waited on yet. As politely as I could, I said yes and then the little girl (I assume) told him we were waiting as she hands him our pizza. I asked what type of discount I would be receiving since the app said it was ready almost 20 minutes ago by now, as I opened the pizza to see that we received the correct order (we did NOT). Then I showed him the order was incorrect. He said we would have to wait for them to make a correct one and I said NO, I would prefer a discount for their mistake. He said I would need to speak with a manager. I asked to speak with a manager and was told, "Well, she is busy right now." Are you kidding me!! I said, well, I will wait since I have already been waiting. Finally a woman came over to the wundow, took the receipt and said, " I will put it in my pocket and give you credit later, okay?" This was a terrible experience! I made an order thru the app, after waiting 30 min to get it, my husband goes to get it and they gave our order to someone else! They then had to remake it while he waited 20 more minutes. Then he drives all the way back home with it and we realize the 3 dip cups I had ordered and paid extra for were not there. I got wings with no sauce! I called back to complain and the girl puts me on hold and never returned to my call..after several minutes I finally hung up. They offered us $20 off our next order, but didn't even give us a coupon so don't even know how we would use that discount in the future and I am not going back for a very long time if ever after this experience! Then our pizza was made very sloppy and was obviously rushed and not cooked well! They should have given me a full refund at that point on this whole $30 order! I would have rather had that than a $20 coupon...

This was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered from Domino’s well over 100 times in the past two years, but the Murphysboro location is absolutely the worst. I tried to attach a picture, but it wouldn’t upload. The pizza I received had over two inches of crust around the edges with barely any actual toppings in the center. I ordered a chicken and pepperoni pizza with BBQ sauce as the base—but there was hardly any sauce at all. It was basically just cheese on thick crust. It was not enjoyable in the slightest.

I called the store to address the issue and spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager. He not only refused to issue a refund or fix the order, but also hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and clearly not interested in customer satisfaction. Very...
