This Hardee's is hit or miss. I only eat here maybe once a month or maybe every other month. I went a couple days ago and literally the entire experience was bad. But I gave 2 stars because it's not always bad. Anyway I ordered, in the app, a chicken biscuit meal add cheese and egg, medium size with a coke. When I got to the restaurant the drive thru line was wrapped completely around the building and to the entrance. I sat in line for at least 10 minutes, probably more like 15 though. While I waited in line I placed a second mobile order as my husband decided he wanted something as well. His order was the loaded omelet meal medium size with a sprite. When I finally get to the speaker and tell the girl that I had 2 mobile orders she tells me that they only received one and that if I wanted the other one (my meal) then I would have to order it and pay at the window. I said ok and reordered, assuming there was a malfunction with the app. As soon as I leave the speaker I pull up the app and see both of my orders. I then pull up my bank account and see that I was charged for both as well. I finally get to the window and show the girl where I was indeed already charged and she tells me that there's nothing they can do and that if I want the food I must pay again. I was starving and had my heart set on this biscuit so I paid, again, and decided that I would try and call their 800 number later to get my $10 back. Read moreWhen I first arrived at Hardee’s, I was informed they didn’t have the milkshake I ordered. They offered me another drink instead, which I declined, and then a cheeseburger, which I also declined due to an allergy. We agreed on substituting the milkshake with 3 chicken fingers, and I thought the issue was resolved.
However, when I got home, I discovered my sandwich had been replaced with the cheeseburger I had specifically refused, instead of the BLT (no bacon, with Swiss cheese) I had ordered.
I decided to call the store to arrange a fix. The first time, I barely began explaining before the woman on the phone rudely hung up on me. When I called back, the phone rang endlessly without anyone answering. My plan was to work out a time later in the day to pick up my correct order, but it was clear they had no interest in helping or providing good customer service.
I work with customers myself, and I know no company would train their employees to behave like this. This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.
Edited: I changed my review to 3 stars because Hardee's did get back to me within 24 hrs and refunded me for what I was shorted. The company itself and even the owner have a great service. The employee that hanged up on me when I informed them I received the wrong...

But the past two times I went, I ask for my sandwich, chicken with cheese and pickle,and the drive thru says I'm sorry we don't have pickles out yet and can't get them. the cooler is what 20 steps from sandwich counter and they are to lazy to get them, but any other Hardee's will gladly put then on it. Bad service, no pride at this restaurant, biscuits are broke into multiple pieces instead of using knife to cut it open they just use their hands, haven't and won't go back..only reason they get 1 star. Is because I have too...oh and they are always asking to round up to next dollar for some veterans, but never have anything proving proof of the charity ...and also you can't even enter thi Hardee's only drive thru and service is this poorly, can't blame it on no help, because they dining room is closed and that doesn't require any employees, so let them go get my pickles out of cooler...you guys have to do better..And one more thing, the owner doesn't answer or respond to reviews unless it is a decent review. Why not address the reviews that state the issues and try to resolve them. That to me shows the owner knows the shape the business is in and...
