Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Murrieta

It is my first time coming here and I am very pleased with the service. It's about 9:30pm on a Friday and I'm currently the only one in the dining room. It's slow but they have a little bit of traffic coming in through the drive thru. (They close at 12am on Fridays)

First off, I love that they have Icees for a decent price. I was expecting them to be something like 4 dollars so when she said $1.89 I was stoked!

Besides all that, what really pushed me to give this Carl's Jr. a five star rating was the cute young blonde female employee that was taking the inside and drive thru orders. She was just the sweetest person with very good customer service skills. I heard her do a few drive thru orders and she was full of energy and was really connecting with the customers and even shared some stories from her personal life to relate to this one customer and the two of them laughed and joked in the drive try window as she handed her her order. She just made everyone that she spoke to feel good, me included, with her niceness. I don't recall her name but she's in one of the photos I'm going to post.

This place has the rudest drive thru within the surrounding fast food places. Anita I believe (young female) I won't say here ethnicity because it's irrelevant. This kid gets paid to be rude and has NO REMORSE what so ever. If it wasnt for the Young shift leader on dutys kindess and apologetic attitude (which this kid did blatantly RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM) i would of gotten my money back and NEVER ATE HER PERIOD. I won't support places that dont check their employees on poor customer service. This kid I can bet my bottom dollar does this on a regular occasion. Sad that this what Carl's Jr resorts to when hiring people...so easy to pass a interview lying...then character shows otherwise and this is the kind of service the paying...

Perhaps a 2 was pretty harsh but, I went thru the drive though and when I finally sat down to eat, I found that the burger was crispy all around the edges and dry in the middle. Obviously...OVERCOOKED! The fries weren't hot. The heavy mayo was not provided as ordered. But, I have found that other fast foods places will do the same thing. If you are driving through, they know you will probably eat at your destination and by that time have no desire to drive back to remedy the problem. This happens it seems when these places are nearing closing. That was my experience so I suggest you take the time regardless if ther line behind you and "check...
