first off i never write reviews unless something is horrible or is like, a godsend or something. so that tells you how good this place is. im still eating my food as i write this. going absolutely insane right now

the wait was super quick despite the amount of food i ordered. the staff were super friendly and paitent. it was super cozy in there and the overall atmosphere of the place are super nice.

about the food i ordered: i got two milk teas with boba, and there was the perfect amount of ice in the tea to not make it watered down when it started to melt.

i got one of the ice creams for someone else, so i'll just tell you my experience with mine: i got the lovers taste ice cream, and oh my god. the texture is amazing, and the chocolate is really good. i was expecting it to kind of have that fruity-ish taste that most chocolate ice cream has that leaves you throwing half of it away, but nope. it was perfect the entire way through.

overall the place is amazing. i drive past it all the time and im happy i finally stopped by after being unsatisified with the other ice cream palces near it. my crops are watered. my pores are clear. world peace has...

I never felt so harassed by my taste buds. Where do I begin to start? First, their Tiger Milk Tea tastes like my marriage after 20 years. After a while it has no life left. When you first take a sip from it, it tastes like heaven but the aftertaste tasted like I was at the gate of heaven by mistake and they banished me to the shadow realm. I am very disappointed. Next, their logo. In politics, the elephant is seen as the logo of Republicans. I HATE REPUBLICANS. Anyways, I love the store inside. It's very welcoming, and I enjoy the tic-tac-toe. (BTW, anyone wants to cross me in tic-tac-toe all make light work of you.) Finally, the location. I live exactly 4506163200000 nanometers away from this establishment. It may be bad on my part, but I recommended moving it closer to me. Specifically to me. It'll really make the world a better place. Anyway love y'all

My wife and I recently moved to Murrieta after I detached from the Military. This city has a a great vibe. We went into Thai ice cream on Alter Murrieta two weeks ago around 5pm, not very busy. I told them this was our first time and asked him, how does this all work? he replied, its Thai ice cream, we make for you. Okay?? So- I turned to a guy in line and he promptly explained how it all works. Ounce ordered, the ice cream was the best ever. We went in for a second time today on Saturday around 4:30pm, place was very busy and only two guys working behind the counter. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes with no one in front of me and neither guy acknowledged that I was there. Now with several customer behind me, I gave up and my wife and I left. The ice cream is truly amazing but the service makes the entire experience worthless.

WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE, but we will find another Thai ice cream place with better service. any place is better then this place.
