Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Murrieta

So, normally I am pretty happy with this location. My daughter is vegan and Little Ceaser’s is 1 of only a couple of pizza places that has vegan dough. So we usually pick up a couple of Hot and Readys and get a vegi with no cheese. This is not an abnormal request from us and not an abnormal request for Little Ceaser’s. However, tonight changed my mind about the Cal Oaks location. The girl that answered the phone was pleasant enough at the start but once I said pizza with no cheese, you would have thought that I had started speaking French or something. She said “ so you want a pizza with no cheese??? Well what do you want on it then?”. I simply replied that I would like to order a medium vegi with no cheese. She put me on hold and when she picked the phone up again she said that her manager told her they can’t do that. Instead of getting upset I just told her I would order from somewhere else. Now I am off to Dominos. They too support the vegan diet but unlike the Cal Oaks Little Ceaser’s, Dominos on Cal Oaks knows that a pizza can be made with out cheese on it. Hope these 2 don’t go work for In and Out because I don’t like pickles on my burgers and they probably would tell me they can’t make...

I just went in to grab a pizza because I was trying to order on the app and it said the restaurant wasn’t accepting online orders at 615p on a Sunday afternoon. I was annoyed, but whatever. I tried to call to place my order and the phone rang and rang. When I arrived I walked in and nobody was at the front so I waited for probably about 10 minutes. Until someone finally walked about because the phone rang. He didn’t even look at me just walked out and answered the phone and started to take their order before mine even though I had called and called and the app failed. I still didn’t say a thing. Then, still instead of acknowledging me at all he started speaking to the lady behind me a question about an order she already placed. Still, I waited. Highly suggest not to eat here! They hand out burnt pizzas. I called to ask for a refund or return and the manager picked up the phone confrontational with a huge attitude and saying right away that I’m not getting a refund until HIS PIZZA IS RETURNED BACK TO HIM. And continued to say you can return MY PIZZA which I was never saying I wasn’t. He right off the bat seemed ready to fight me over this pizza. This pizza was not edible because how burnt it was but manager was very demeaning and acted like I was trying to steal pizza from them. Never again will spend money at that location with the manager they have. It’s 10$ for a pizza there was no reason for him to be confrontational when I was just trying to figure out if a return was possible.
