I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and a happy meal and picked curbside, so I would not have to get my son out of the car. After we get our food, We go to open our cheeseburgers and find that all 3 burgers were bun, cheese and ketchup only. NO MEAT?! How do you forget the main ingredient on all 3 burgers. I proceeded to go back to the restaurant, get my son out of the car and take it in for them to fix. No apologies (you could tell the young girl up front was embarrased) and a snicker from the cook they give me my bags back and I go to leave. Good thing I checked, because this time they forgot to put one of my burgers back in the bag. I go back in again, and wait, no team members in sight, except for the manager (I'm assuming) who was sitting at a booth and peeked his head around and then returned to whatever he was doing while we waited, with another customer at the register also waiting. Finally they notice we are there, and still no apology, they get the other burger. I mean, the restaurant says under new ownership and I almost thought they were closed because of the lack of patrons. I should've taken the hint maybe and gone elsewhere. Very disappointing because I thought with the new ownership the service would get better, not worse. This was at the McDonald's at 3820 William Penn Hwy...
Read moreSince Alamo took over there are shorter wait times, but you are stuck with staff that is hostile, arrogant, gaslighting with victim mentality.
Our drive-thru order was incorrect, then they corrected it with the wrong items. We called and spoke to manager “CJ”. She blamed my husband for saying the wrong thing- which my husband instantly corrected her. CJ began calling my husband a liar. Everyone on the phone escalated. CJ told me to bring my body into the store if I wanted a refund. I told her to have the day she deserves.
Went back for my refund because they were 1000% in the wrong, and got video of another couple who had their order screwed up. CJ was there begging for them to give the store good scores because “they had a very very bad complaint” and “everyone is hurting because they were yelled at”. When I got to the counter (video still recording), CJ blamed me for low employee morale after the interaction.
Took 2 voicemails to the Alamo franchise (724-994-7078) and a call complaint to McDonalds main customer service line (800-244-6227) before my call was returned. I was offered a coupon for our inconvenience. Would’ve preferred knowing CJ gets mandatory training on basic...
Read moreAs many other reviewers,we are am embarrassed to have this as our only McDonalds in Murrysville. We honestly do feel like most of the employees there couldn't care less if you ever came back. Example today, my wife wanted a Frappe for a late lunch at home. So we passed all the more reputable customer friendly McDonalds in Monroeville to stop here in Murrysville, our closest McD's. Sure enough, we went in ordered our Frappe's, and they just all yelled out "NO FRAPPE'S". We asked why, since we weren't offered a "Sorry" or Apology of any kind. just NO FRAPPE'S". We finally got a response from one person who said the CO2 was frozen. Isn't that what CO2 is supposed to do? Either way we just left, dissatisfied, disgusted with our treatment, and fast becoming a Mickey D's hater. This isn't the first problem we have had there either. It seems that there really is no one accountable for what goes on a this particular restaurant. If I were you, and you were planning on stopping in Murrysville, PA for a burger. Pass by this store, and go to the one's in Monroeville, or Delmont if you...
