Stopped after 12:30p for lunch. Food was on buffet. Doesn't appear to be frequented by locals at lunchtime. Same food there for entire meal. Buffet closed at 1:30p. Very friendly and accommodating staff, just not a buffet stop of my choice.

Hands down the best pizza you eat in the Midwest for sure make sure you try the nacho Joe or The BLT. Only in the Midwest will you find this. Your love for pizza will never be the same. You will always come back for more.

A group of us were visiting from out of town, and looking forward to enjoying some Happy Joe's Pizza. We had not been to either Muscatine location before, and this one was closer. However, the exterior and signage appeared dingy and dilapidated, so we turned around. At first we wondered if it had shut down many years ago. We went to meet up with some long time family friends last night for a few beers and pizza . No beer to be sold and the place inside and out was not well kept!! pizza was ok why go to a ok place and expensive when there is so many really excellent choices that you can get what you want and enjoy your evening very...

Happy Joes south has much better pizza and overall food than Park Ave location. Sort of pricey, but the food is delicious! Will deliver, limited areas. Park Ave delivers on the other side of town. Ice cream is great, plenty of options and sundae variety. Do not forget about lunch buffet....
