I just came home from the drive through in Muskego. I have never been more frustrated in disappointed with getting food. When I ask her question regarding a type of hamburger. I gotta one word yes which is fine I got up to the drive through to pay and the young man did not say anything. He did not say hello, he just stared at me waiting for me to give him my card. He did not give me the total of my order, he did not confirm what I had ordered, nothing just stared at me. I gave him my card and was looking down when I felt someone starring at me. I looked up and the young man was just staring at me, not saying anything with my card sticking out of the window. By this time I was getting very frustrated. Sing as I have been in some sort of customer service my whole entire life. I understand as a young person you don't get paid much, But when you were paying for something, it wouldn't least be nice to be acknowledged. Give me my food and shut the window. He didn't say anything he didn't give me any response. Just shut the window. I got home and it was not what I ordered. My food was cold and only half cooked. Read moreIt's Wendy's, and the same menu as any other. So, as far as this location is concerned, my experience was great. I don't frequent Wendy's, so it was a change. This location is squeaky clean, from the floors to the beverage area to the tables. The young woman who took our order was great, helped me decide between a couple of items, and joked with me about coming in daily so I could try everything. I am one who appreciates a sense of humor, and in the service industry, it makes the experience personable vs. a sterile exchange. The food was ready in a couple minutes (Wendy's does emphasize "presentation", and it's grilled, so one expects it takes a bit longer.) Certainly a good choice, as the burger and fries were freshly made and very pleasant in appearance

No signs to tell anyone anywhere that they are out of lettuce. Later, i find my wife magically got lettuce on her chicken wrap though.
Called and was told they are out of "sandwich lettuce" but have lettuce for wraps. Was never offered this as a substitute which I would have accepted.
