DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! My family and I just ate here for the last time ever!! When we walked in and sat down it was close to 10 minutes before anyone came to help us. Our server didnt introduce herself, ask us how we were, or even make anything pleasant, she immediately asked us what we want to drink in a particularly rude way and when she took our order she forgot half of the things we asked for. The food had no flavor and was close to cold. All of the servers were standing in a circle the whole time talking in the kitchen, one of the servers seemed high. Our server would take food out to a family, leave it on a table next to said family and walked away. A family member of mind made a rude comment and a server heard it, and proceeded to go into the kitchen with her sever-friend and was very loudly talking bad about me and my family starting from the moment we walked in. From that moment on, my family and I were getting very rude looks and were being watched until we left by the whole staff. When we did leave, most of the staff was watching my family vehicle through the doors and windows and looked like they were taking notes and talking a lot. They did give us the meal free of charge on the upper hand. Wouldn't...
Read moreI've been in OkC for about 2 years and I can remember my very first Steak Sammich (Sandwich). The Steak Sandwich is the best I could ever imagine. I've been to 2 others and this is by far the best as far as talent, chemistry and restaurant cleanliness. What I means is they have a girl named Liz that works there that is very nice and good at her job. She could probably work anywhere she wants. When I say chemistry I'm talking about the staff chemistry. Cindy the owner, came out of the back office and asked one of her managers where she needs to be. That is some high quality leadership there. I was in the Army twice and I know leadership. Cindy had been doing paperwork and yet was humble enough to ask one of her employees where the "employee/manager" needed Cindy. As far as cleanliness, all of the Del Rancho's are clean yet have their own personality. The one in Moore is retro. You need to visit that one too if you become a Del Rancho connoisseur. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it. 2 Large Steak Sandwiches and 2 Large Fries is about $24 but the quality and experience is worth it. Arby's and Mickey D's is around somewhere if you are into that. One more thing, free drinks to Veterans...
Read moreWe called in our order, when we went to pick it up, when we got our food home there was no large ranch. It was 8:58pm and I tried contacting Del Rancho to let them know my wife is gonna come back up there and get the ranch but they didn’t answer, not even the courtesy of picking up the phone to let us know they were closed, at least then I would’ve been able to let them know that my wife was coming back up there. We get the large ranch because we order our sandwiches dry, as we do not like miracle whip, we put ranch on them and also use it for the fries. I guess I should’ve expected this kind of a service, since when they first answer the phone they answered it. “Hello how can I help you?”, instead of saying something like thank you for calling Del Rancho, I actually had to ask them “Is this still Rancho?”. My wife went back up there to get the large ranch, they did apologize but instead of giving us the large ranch that we ordered, they gave us a little container of ranch. We will be contacting them tomorrow. We’ve eaten here several times before, but this time his service...
