Customer service has always been lacking (for the 9 months we’ve been customers) and employees, mainly the young man manager, are quite rude. There’s been several times the pizza has been less than alright, but our last 2 visits the pizzas were AWFUL. Our pizzas from last night, which were not preordered and requested at drive through, a plain cheese and 2 pepperoni. You could tell the cheese has been made a bit earlier and had just been warming, and that’s ok! The first pepperoni was the same, had been sitting a bit but was still pretty good for a “hot-n-ready”. But, our second pepperoni pizza was PIECED TOGETHER from other pizzas, had probably been sitting in the warmer since lunch (it was 8:30pm), burnt and hard as a rock-the crust was getting to the crouton stage. The cheese was so hard it could all be peeled straight back, the whole entire piece. And since the pizza was so dried out, it made it even more noticeable how it was pieced together from more than one other pizza.
When I called and spoke with the “manager”, the younger man with curly hair, he didn’t even try to defend himself or his staff, he basically had zero reply to anything I had to say. He never even offered for us to bring the pizza back in and he’d take it back to exchange for another one. Nothing. It was if he gave NO CARE at all. He has no pride in work ethic or himself, if he allows junk like this to go out the door.
The last time we ordered, with in the last few weeks, we called ahead and asked them to have a pepperoni pretzel crust and crazy bread ready. The pizza had to have been several HOURS old, was bone dry, the cheese peeled straight back, and the pretzel was crunchy like a chip. I immediately called and they offered to make one fresh and I went back up. Upon arriving and saying I was who called, the same manager just handed the pizza out the window, no eye contact, no real communication, just a very snobby sounding “sorry”.
Mediocre pizza is one thing, but awful customer service with TERRIBLE pizza.... this store needs some attention from...
Read moreWe did an online order because our T-Life app had a coupon that you could get an order of free bread sticks when you ordered a pizza through the app. When I arrived and went to the keyboard to put my order number I noticed that it was empty so the worker asked me how he could help me and I explained that I ordered thru the app and I didn't see my order in the box. I showed him my confirmation text that was sent to me to be able to track my order progress and it included my 3 digit pin number to open the box and he informed me that he didn't see my order and that he had only received 1 online order that was in progress. I showed him again and he confirmed everything was correct on my online order receipt and it didn't show that I went to the wrong place etc and he asked me what my order was and I told him and he just apologized for the inconvenience and gave me my order so I could get home. I really appreciate him for doing his research and realizing that something was wrong on the website and I did...
