Every time i come to this specific location it lets me down. I have been going to the NMB location for well over a year and have never had my order messed up so many times, nor have I ever seen as many people as I have seen here standing around on their phones (as pictured), talking LOUDLY, and touching their butts (as pictured). One speaking loudly enough to hear “she’s not here on sundays or mondays that’s why we act like this” word for word.. unfortunately it sounds like management should keep an eye on those days specifically. Also, since when can you not get cream in a coffee? i ask for extra cream for my drink that is once again messed up and the response is “do you want more flavor or like sweet cream on top what is it you’re needing?”… extra cream, like the cream that was put in my partners drink.. It just seems like the employees take the job as a joke and give 7 brew a bad look. One was even laughing outloud with others about how someone spilled a whole counter full of drinks while the line was wrapped around the building.. instead of helping them make more drinks she chose to laugh with others while customers watched. Go to NMB 7 brew if you want good customer service and drinks made right, I have finally came to the conclusion to not choose this...
Read moreThe coffee is actually amazing and so are the employees but my issue is their logistics. This location had employees walking around outside in the rain to take orders because they don’t have a drive thru speaker system. That’s not okay to do to employees. It gets dangerously hot here in the summer and this is not a realistic setup. Just get a speaker for inclement weather. Also, the music is SO loud that employees can’t hear you so they are literally IN your car. I don’t want someone leaning on or putting their head in my car & in my face. It’s uncomfortable and overwhelming, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities to perfumes/cologne. The parking lot design is terrible. You can’t leave the parking lot because they designed it so the drive thru line surrounds it. Other places have the parking spaces on the outside. How are emergency vehicles supposed to enter or how are people supposed to leave if there is an emergency? Once you are in line, you are stuck and if you park, you are stuck. If you manage to get out of your parking spot, you’re still stuck in line with the drive thru to exit. Employees and coffee are five stars. Everything else is 0. The customer experience ruins all...
Read moreI didn’t realize there were two lanes, and Liv was standing near the front of the line, chatting with the men who were trying to work. She used sarcastic gestures that implied I was being stupid since I wasn’t in the second line. When I moved into the second line, I apologized for not realizing there were two, but she made a face like I was foolish and continued looking at the two young men, seemingly trying to make fun of me. Her attempt at a joke didn’t land with them, so she then reluctantly decided to take my order. When we gave her the order, she appeared visibly irritated, rolled her eyes, and said, “Give me a second, this is a lot.” Overall, the staff was very unfriendly, especially Liv, who was condescending, rude, and unprofessional toward customers. For other customers: if you’re wondering who Liv is, she’s the small blonde girl who spends more time seeking validation from her male coworkers than providing respectful service....
