CANDY BARREL — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

When you walk into this store, you will step back in time. They have the largest variety of candy I ate as a child (when I was allowed to eat it) all under one roof. They had so much candy I stopped before I started shopping and asked the owner if I could make a video. I did not catch her name but she had some Christian music playing and we ended up talking about comfortable shoes as I was getting ready to check out. I had on my Oofos and let her fill them. I told her I was visiting the area and she told me to come back to see her the next time I am in town.

Hubby and I went and sign said buy one pound get one pound free. We went to check out and the girl said "oh that's still up?, that ended in January " So not cool. Little does she know that is false advertisement. So not giving a good review. She should have honored the sign since it was still up. Bad business. Won't go back.
