Oh Atmosphera, how we wish we could rave about your food. We were so looking forward to dinner tonight (Friday, July 11) but it wasn’t meant to be. Let me tell you, we were a party of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens) and waited patiently for a table. The staff sat us down at 7pm and took our drink orders which was great. Well, 2 of us ordered white wine which came at room temp. No biggie, we’re not picky so we asked for some ice. It eventually came so we were all set, specially since they took our food orders as well (6 entrees and 2 apps).
Fast forward to an hour and 15 mins later and we were still waiting for food to be brought to our table. We noticed that a couple that came after us had eaten and left. Okay…. We still waited and waited and waited. Then another group of 6 arrived and were seated near us and to our surprise, they started getting their food while ours was nowhere to be seen, All we had was a plethora of glassware. Our teens were getting antsy so we decided that we were done waiting. Bottom line, we ended up not eating because NO FOOD - NOT ONE DISH, was brought to our table even after waiting for over an hour.
The biggest Faux Pas for us was the lack of a heads up to let us know that the Kitchen was backed up or something to that effect so that we could decide if we wanted to brave it or return another day since we live in the area. Based on what we saw, the kitchen was slammed, buried in tickets, and the server just kept seating people with no pacing whatsoever. Oh and just a FYI, we weren’t the only table that left hungry tonight. There was also another group that left without eating, 30 minutes before we did.
Apologies for the negative feedback. Normally, I’d just let it go but never go back because after all, everyone’s experience is different. And, please don’t take this like we’re trying to get something for free. We like supporting local business and don’t mind spending the money. We just wanted to share our experience in the hopes something is done to avoid these types of situations.

After trying this location a few times, I can leave a more comprehensive review.
On my first two visits, I ordered the Shawarma, and the chicken was notably dry/bland in comparison to other superior offerings in the area.
My third visit featured the burger, which while good, didn't stand out much in a town that specializes in BBQ/Grill/Southern food. I should note this burger took almost 40 minutes to come out, and required a remake.
On my fourth visit, the location seemed to be limiting their order capacity to carry outs, and when we clearly did NOT want to take the food to go, but eat instead, the employees followed us out insisting that we order takeout. This is not only slightly invasive but also rude, even more rude than leaving this 2 star review on Google with even more detail. If you want to limit your order capacity that is your choice, but you somewhat have to stand by your guns and not get defensive. (I know it's hard, such a luxurious rating of 4.9 must make a lower rating seem almost offensive.)
Being more transparent and respecting people's choices will incur a more pleasant experience, even to people that choose to not dine with you on that day. I'd also like to insist you accept this critique with honor, rather than trying to defend it. I have dined here 3 times and I generally remain unimpressed/frustrated in nearly all facets besides the general cleanliness of your store, and despite your itch to "ban" the naysayers, I invite you to instead give them time to try your establishment again one day, especially after improving your service/food.

My family visiting from out of town, and they wanted to try this place as did I since I'm new to area and hadn't been here yet. We decided to order online and pick up to bring home. When we arrived, we were told our order wasn't ready, which was fine. So, we waited in the front area of the restaurant thinking it shouldn't be too long. The young lady came back some time later and asked what we ordered again, we told her, well this happened twice more. I asked if she was able to see our order by using the order number, she replied no she needed the items. Well, we waited some more then I went to the counter to ask how much longer (we were nearing 30+ min) and she explained that they were very busy and got a lot of orders at once and got confused. (I understand, it happens). I asked if there was anything she could do since we have been waiting so long, she did take 10% off our bill and explained that was all she was allowed to do. We finally got our order. it was total of about an hour we waited. IMO the employees should be able to comp or discount items more than 10%, offer a drink while waiting, just something for the inconvenience in general, the tickets should have order numbers to reference, and the online orders should have a promised pick-up time.
