Based on recent reviews and pictures of what looked like fabulous food, enticed us to try this place again (since they have new ownership). We went for lunch @ 12:30 and there was no one there (this should have been my first red flag 😏). We sat ourselves and ten mins went by before anyone came out to greet us from the back (my 2nd red flag). We ordered the loaded chicken fries, French dip and 2 draft beers. Beers was not cold at all. Had to order an ice water, so I could put some ice in our beer. My app (lunch) came out by itself and bartender said my hubbys sandwhich would be out in a min. 15 mins later…Still no sandwhich!!! The table that came in after us now has there food and eating. FINALLY, his sandwhich comes out with the third table that sat after us. Meanwhile, I have finished what I CAN EAT of my food. So, let’s talk about my food. How can u mess up an over priced plate of loaded chicken fries. Well, you put one old skinny dried up piece of chicken finger on top of barely warm melted cheese that covers a bed of greasy fries that was cooked in oil that clearly hasn’t been changed in 5 days! That’s what I got for $13 bucks. My hubbys “huge pile of roast beef” on toasted baguette he waited 45 mins for ended up looking like a 2oz layer of steak’m frozen meat in a hard dry baguette that had been sitting under a heat lamp with a heaping file of the greasy fries like the ones I received. He didn’t even touch the fries. Now, we didn’t complain about the food but did advise the Bartender/waiter how disappointed we were about how long he had to wait for his food after mine came out and his reply was “yep.. sorry bout that”! POOR SERVICE, POOR FOOD QUALITY and no effort to make the us (the customers) happy ones! We...

It's not a bull and Bush It's a bull and home Went in to see how the new ownership had changed the business and was blown away by the fantastic food, events, and staff. Anyone can make a good bar/restaurant however what makes it for me is the staff. They will go out of their way even in their most busiest of moments to ensure their clients are taken care of and happy. This place has the most genuine, funny, and caring people I've ever had the pleasure of witnessing. The new owners are consistently there, asking how everything is. Between Erica, Nicky and Logan, I know I can go there any day of the week and be greeted by a warm smile. They say good help is hard to find and it seems that these owners have found it. I love this place so much that I've asked Logan to marry me 3 times now however he said he can't due to conflicts of interest. That shows you that he is a stand up guy that keeps it professional. I'm told that Logan catches the fish for the fish and chip and batters it himself using his own special recipe. Also, a big shout out to Nicky for telling about the spicy Korean pizza that is off of the menu, but is one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Absolutely...

Went to this bar because of karaoke and he was great. The bartender was very rude and untentvive. He spilled a drink twice on the uneven table and when he came to clean it it, he just took a towel and pushed it into the floor. Then told us he was charging u8s for the drink. Table was wet and floor right by the stage was wet. Never put a sign up and people were up and down from singing. He said that is why you come to the bar to get a drink. Then he and his click sat up there and talked about us. When my friend ordered a drink he called her a old bag and no cares about her and take her drink and go. They never cleared the tables filled with bottles and glasses. We also ordered food which was ok but plates never cleared either. Felt like if your not in the local click then you are treated different. EJ was fun and nice and sang to the crowd to go them going. The short haired tattoo guy was so rude that for a first timer I wanted to leave within 30 mins of being there. Just drank water because I didn't want to give this place any of my money. Stayed because my friends were singing but I won't be...

I've lived within a mile of this place for four years, and I'm SO mad that I've only now tried it! I understand the atmosphere is different during different parts of the day and week, of course. Nighttime, I hear, is quite lively. I went in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. There were a couple people there, much more my speed. The bartender was very welcoming and charming. I had the full breakfast, and my love (who had visited the pub a couple times before) got the steak and ale pie, and my goodness, everything was divine. My fry up was absolutely delightful. I usually can't eat that much, but everything was so beautiful, I couldn't not finish it! I managed to steal a bite of the steak and ale pie, too: the filling was cooked and seasoned to perfection, and I've never had a crust so flaky! I'm also told that they have a jazz performer every first Friday of the month, so I'm definitely going to try to see that at least once, and they have different events on different nights, too, like trivia, bingo, and karaoke. I think it's safe to say I've found my new favorite place in Myrtle Beach.

Unpretentious British pub with scuffed wood floors, single pool table, full service bar, scattering of padded chairs and wood top tables and decor with everything from the UK. Thursday night was trivia night and the place was bustling with regulars claiming nearly every table. Finding an open table we waited for the single waitress to make her rounds and soon we had waters, menus and a drink from the bar in hand. I ordered the classic Reuben layered with in-house cut corned beef, savory sauerkraut, melted Swiss and thousand island on marble rye grilled to perfection. For an extra cost I added the thicker, homestyle chips with the skins still on them. Food was a good nosh up with everything scrummy. And yes, I meant scrummy.

We were a little disappointed. We had a recommendation from friends that the fish and chips were excellent. The place is cute, and the waitstaff is friendly. Our party of 4 all ordered the she-crab soup. It was overly spiced (we think with Old Bay seasoning) and lukewarm. There was lots of crab meat and a couple of shell fragments. 3 of us didn't t finish our soup. The 4th added extra crackers and ate it anyway. The fish and chips: fish was great - the best part of the meal. The chips weren't good. It is hard to explain why. They looked perfect but had no flavor and were hard. We didn't eat most of those either. There are other things on the menu to choose from. I recommend maybe doing that.
