I absolutely loved this place! Unfortunately, I was only visiting Eureka, but both nights went to Humboldt cider. It’s in a huge space, extremely high ceilings, bit of a warehouse feel, but with an artsy edge. Lots of different seating arrangements, incl. an area looking out of the building where there was probably a giant garage door at some point (providing open air vibes), couches, small and large tables, and a smaller area, partially enclosed for more intimate room (it can be rented out for parties or what have you). Extremely reasonable prices. They don’t carry food per se (they have chips & brownies) but there was always a food truck parked in front. The ciders themselves, I thought they were delish and they had a good variety. They also have plain pressed cider/nonalcoholic cider. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in cider suggestions and letting me taste. Be aware, they are only open four days a week, I think. So check on that before going. They have a bunch of board games and a couple skee ball games. Bring quarters. Casual and comfortable atmosphere with yummy cider – definitely...

It's hard to overstate the degree of excellence going on here. The place has a light and relaxed vibe, with a steady turnover of friendly company, and a whole host of comfy spots to perch. But all of that is secondary to the stars of the show: the cider and the bar staff.

The range of cider is exceptionally large, but also exceptionally excellent. Coming from the UK we have (probably overblown) OPINIONS about real cider. Yet, so much of the cider here was a real treat, with interesting single variateles, awesome local blends, and real options across the full gamut of dry to sweet.

That kind of range might be overwhelming and confusing, if it weren't for the excellent work of the bartender (H.), who expertly guided everyone who walked in to something they'd enjoy. They were friendly, super knowledgeable, very patient with our out-of-town ramblings, and a delight...

Love, love, love their ciders! We are in town for a short time and have visited their tap room twice now! We have been to Eureka twice before, the first time was 2017 and tried their cider at the local fair. Sadly I can't get these anywhere close to home, so it's a nice treat when we are in town. They had so many different styles and tastes. If you like cider... even if you don't, stop in and try a few. You just might be surprised.

If you go to the tap room, they are open on a Monday. Both times we were here, people came in with their own food, so get a bite to eat and stop here for some great ciders. You won't be...

Gotta be my new favorite cider in California. Absolutely spot on with their quality and craft with a good variety for everyone to find a favorite. Bonus points for having a taster option so we can order a small pour off everything on the menu. The location is a bit small but comfortable. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and there were only a couple other people there, so it probably never feels too crowded. Only down side is dogs aren't allowed on the property at all, even outside. Though that's pretty much the entire town.

I frequent breweries more often, especially on trips, but also enjoy a good cider here and there. I am so happy we visited! Their offerings were extensive and if you are like me who doesn't typically enjoy overly sweet things, they have plenty of dry options. Even though it was sweet, their honey cider was delicious. I also loved the chill welcoming atmosphere and the option to mix & match 4 pack cans to go. One of my favorite cideries I've been to, highly recommend.
