This Walgreens on Harris is competing with the one on Broadway in Eureka for being one of the worst in the nation. The staff at both are incompetent, lazy and rude, don't listen, can't spell, don't know the names of common prescriptions or how to pronounce any of them, don't know the protocol with a drug new to a patient, don't know how to order refills. I've been hung up on a number of times by pharmacy staff too flustered or stupid to deal with easy questions or who just did not have the patience or who asked me the same question five times then still didn't get it! Where do they get these bozos? Is this where all the rejects come who have failed in pharmacy school and cannot get jobs anywhere else?? And they let homeless people camp out at the drivethrough windows and smoke and urinate and leave their garbage there and don't notify anyone to clean the mess up, so that you, in your car, are subjected to the lovely aromas and filth while being made to wait, and by the way, it's never a short wait either. Some Walgreens upper management Yay-hoo ought to pay these two pharmacies a visit, they both SUCK. So, when I finally decided I'd had enough and wanted my prescriptions transferred elsewhere, guess what - 2 other pharmacies told me they had had problems trying to get Walgreens to perform the transfer, that they were not cooperative, and that it would be easier to ask my doctors to re-direct the prescriptions!! That about says it all. Folks, stay AWAY from these horrible nasty...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis review is for the pharmacy specifically. I received a completely unlabeled bottle from this pharmacy. I brought it back and was met with a complete lack of professionalism and resistance. Sam, the pharmacist, was very rude and refused to label it. He accused me of removing the label. Like, huh? Why would I do that? I wasn't asking for more meds, just for it to be properly labeled. It didn't even have my name in it....nothing. I suggested that they check their cameras and talk to the staff that handled the meds from the beginning because I did not remove the label. He nor Frankie, the manager, would issue a new prescription, stating I needed to call my physician and request a completely new prescription. I left that pharmacy, a second time, with a completely unlabeled bottle. About an hour later the managing pharmacist, Laith, called and asked what he could do to make it right and offered me a $10 gift card. I told him that I just wanted a properly labeled prescription. He said he'd have it ready shortly. I received a text within ten minutes that it was ready. I appreciate Laith following-up and fixing the issue. It sucks that I had to be accused of tampering with my prescription and make a third trip to the pharmacy. We are human and mistakes are make, why not just say, oh geez, how did that happen, let's fix this. I will be taking my business elsewhere. (and not that that really matters...

She called the manager for refund but again with their confusion I was charged more then he voided that transaction, and said he will refund my full amount and recharge me the correct amount, the refund amount I donāt see on my account, above all I paid the prescription amount in cash , so in total I paid twice , after all this trouble i didnāt get my money back yet and need to go again:-( Make sure they charge you right and use right insurance Very...
