Employees are warm, friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of hot, cold and blended beverages and are willing to make your drink just the way you like it. Steamed, strong, low fat, more sugar, 1 shot or more, just ask. Jitterbean has a steady flow of customers all day long but you rarely have to wait long.

I have been disappointed in the quality of their bakery items. They may look homemade but are lacking that homemade taste, therefore I also feel the bakery items are overpriced.

My small 12oz Mexican mocha ended up costing $9.78 I tipped due to peer pressure to tip, but I didn’t realize it was going to be that expensive because the total didn’t show on the screen. Before I could say anything, the lady turned around & helped someone else.

I regret visiting Jitter Bean & I’m no longer going to Jitter Bean.
